We were introduced to Nick a week out from going unconditional and so things had to move pretty quick. We started to get a bit panicky but from the moment we spoke with Nick there was a calmness that settled our nerves. Nick and his team (thank you too Viv) were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Truly lovely down to earth people to talk with. They were considerate to contact us much as possible after work hours and kept in touch via texts/calls when urgent & emails every other time. They happily took the time to explain why they needed certain documents and the process involved from start to end.

I have dealt with Nick Kotze and Nicola Granville at Loan Market (Highland Park) for over four years and in that time they have assisted me with a number of different finance requirements. As my initial dealings with this office was a very positive experience I had no hesitation in furthering subsequent business with Nick (and Nicola).

They are professional, responsive and genuinely care about achieving a positive outcome for the customer. I have dealt with a number of brokers over the last five years (as I moved to Australia so needed a local broker also) and have to say that they have all been very disappointing with exception of Nick. I have no hesitation at all in recommending the services of this office for any finance needs. They will definitely make the process as easy as possible for you.

In our situation, the entire new house purchase process was an emotional rollercoaster as we had to sell our existing house to buy our dream home. We had to deal with a short settlement date, banks that seem to take their sweet time, refinancing, break fees, bridging finance, and all sorts of other legal and bank-related jargon that we had little experience with. It was a stressful situation but after a few calls and emails, we knew Nick and his team were the right people to take care of all that. They were always available to talk through our situation, quick to respond on emails and made the whole process smoother for us. Will definitely use them again if we ever go through another crazy house purchase.
