Longroom

The most rude bar woman I have ever met. Was here last night and she literally slammed the glasses on the bar when serving myself and my boyfriend. I asked her why she was serving us in such a rude manner and her response was she was trying to serve us quickly (there was no wait at the bar)

Had my 28th birthday here. We just reserved a table for 13 and from the get go the communication and hospitality was amazing. Sas the manager and Pheobe the wait staff took such incredible care of us. Sas offered us the deck at the rear of the venue to use privately. She also offered my twin and I complimentary birthday drinks. We were well cared for, for the whole night. It honestly felt like VIP service by close friends. The food was delicious and the cocktails were impressive! Thank you!

Pleasant staff and cool space but food was really bad, Gave me an upset stomach which ruined the rest of my afternoon and evening. Wasn’t cheap either, cost me nearly $20 for a tiny little salad

Very nice up market rooms with great facilities in the rooms. Great parking for the guests. Very central to downtown Auckland

Poutine had clumpy gravy and hard cheese and the pork belly had soft chewy crackle. Dumplings were good. Last time we went it was great had the same thing to eat last time this time was no where near as good.

Night time staff are super rude. I ordered two shots that were half full, I asked politely for them to be filled and was met with a death stare followed by the girl slamming the bottle on the counter in front of me. Then death stares for the night! Never coming back. Zero stars, sort out your staff.

Nice environment! Ordered BBQ pork rib but bit disappointing taste, massive volume yes but rib was from frozen meet, not juicy not tender.not recommend.

Great place to be with friends or family. Such great platters and drinks and great happy staff! Thank you to chealsea for a great service!

Very spacious place with a nice selection and pretty quick service. Stuff is a bit expensive here outside happy hour with $10 bottles of beer. But, happy hour does from 4pm to 8pm so totally worth it.

Exceptional service with good food. Did the small plates and the pick of the bunch for me is the pork belly and the beef marrow

Normally a great place for tasty food and drinks with a lively atmosphere. Today we experienced incredibly rude service from someone with a chip on their shoulder who would rather be anywhere else than working in hospo.

Delicious coffee and lovely atmosphere. Was here in the morning so not sure about the evening vibes. The staff are very friendly and everything on the menu looks fantastic! Well worth a look if you're Ponsonby area

Great food, coffee and service. Really good.
BUT.why do they allow smokers everywhere in their inside courtyard? Yes it’s a very high roof but the cigarette smoke wafting all over our food made me feel sick so we left.

We booked a function room for our Son’s 21st. The venue was great and the staff were amazing. So helpful! So thank you to all involved you made it a very special night.

One of the nicer looking spots inside and out in Ponsonby, especially the front open patio area. Staff are very nice and helpful too as we've started hosting our UX Auckland Happy Hour events here with much appreciation. They've got a lot of food sharing plates, but then a fairly standard list of beers that they'll make up for with their specialty cocktails. I'm actually surprised I don't have any pictures so this'll have to do for now!

Definitely was a long room, I kept walking and it didn't end. The music they play at the long room is definitely a toe taper.my only gripe is how stickey the floor was by the bar. It was as if they has told everyone "If you have gum just spit it out here" for that reason the longroom get a 5/5. - I had fun at the longtoom

The food was not too bad, tried some vegetarian dishes
Quite like the pasta food was well presented
And staff are very friendly

Overall a very pleasant experience from a Vegetarian perspective with a nice balance of variations. Mushroom pasta is especially well done and so was the Buddha Bowl. Definitely a worthy eatery to go back for.

Good vibe, wan't hard to find carpark around in the weekend. Food were ok but took ages which i was expect to be superb.

We used GrabOne voucher to order Turf platters. The lamb ribs and pork ribs are very tender. Lamb is juicy as well. Everything is good except duck liver (I personally don't like this).
