Dr Lulu is amazing so are the girls Tanvi and Prabhashni. Excellent service. Will recommend definitely.

Definitely recommend Maunkau family doctors the new doctor is amazing she actually cares about the patients. Doctor will call to check up how the patient is feeling and if patient has any concerns since the appointment. I felt like I was listened to and not judged.

Thanks for the best service. Even we moved from papatoe to Papakura from last three years.we don’t feel like changing our GP because of there friendly staff, caring doctor. Missing Dr shiva though.

The receptionist Tanvi was professional and courteous. The nurse Prabhashini was efficient and friendly, making the overall experience even more pleasant.

I have been registered with Manukau Family doctors since 2016. Dr Fu is amazing! Very professional and very welcoming. Love the staff too, very caring and also professional. Getting appointment is always quick and easy. They take good care of their patients. Would recommend 100% to come here for GP needs.

I have been trying to ring since last week for an appointment, phone just rings and no one picks up

I’ve been trying to ring multiple times a day to get an appointment for over a week. No answer at all. Neither would they accept me to walk in and see the doctors. Is not answering the phone to have no appointments a good way to kill time and get paid for it? Pretty pathetic.

Wish if i can give zero.we all have precious time.if you ask patient to come on time then you should see the patient on that time.then what’s the point of appointment? Totally unprofessional.never ever recommended to this clinic.

This guy is hiring people and never pays their wages on time in-fact he is calling people for interviews and hiring them and after weeks not giving any job Contract, my close family member been fighting for his/her wages filed a complaint in Ministry of Business innovation definitely will nail this! Very poor customer service operating hours is very late my babe being sick trying to book appointment from 9am no one is answering till 11am i was told to remove my reviews by the doctor he said if i still want to see him he’ll no you need to improve your service
I was a patient for more than 9years i would never go back to this place.

It has been extremely challenging throughout the pandemic outbreak for all people working within this field I for one am a practitioner who works in the health field. I am extremely grateful to Manukau Family Doctors and my doctor for their fortitude and committment to serving people to overcome health ailments the past 2.5 years and currently. My doctor is respectful, gracious in his time with me listens to my worries, complaints and ailments.
I appreciate the humility of the nurse and administration staff who are always willing to help and guide where needed. I am extremely grateful for the solitude, calm and professional surroundings. I fully appreciate and respect that staff provide high quality care which for me speaks volumes about their 'integrity'. I am blessed to have Manukau Family Doctors to come to for good healthcare. This is one of the worst place you can ever be at. The staff is rude. The doctor is rude. This place is like third world country. There might be something fishy here as someone suggested in reviews. Please don’t come here if you need proper health check up.

Further to my review below - based on the reply i got - As i discussed on the phone, i was speaking in behalf of my husband who is a patient here & i had the unfortunate experience of having my covid test here a few weeks ago. How dare you.the medication discussed was for mental health issues. PLEASE RETURN MY CALLS as I'm happy to discuss the service he received again with you. Further more - how dare you discuss the type of medication which was discussed, isnt that the number one rule of a doctors in public? Your reply says it all regarding your service. I'll be taking this to the district health board as you have given me further cause! - (original complaint continues). The main doctor here is disgraceful. He has zero interest in helping anyone. No explanation for symptoms or the wellbeing of his patients. He & anyone that works here should be ashamed. Disgusting treatment - or lack of should I say.

Fraudulent and dodgy health services and there is definitely something fishy going on behind the scenes here. If you are here because your employer sent you to do a healthcare, beware they will simply manipulate the results the best suit their business partner, which is the deep pocketed employer, and not give a genuine sincere attempt at producing your actual real results.

I suffered intense bullying at work for a year and smoked cigarettes heavily during that time. Turns out my lung capacity results were much better at my health check when leaving the job than the health check when I entered the job. This clinic simply wanted to please their corporate partners and totally disregard the genuine health states of the patients they see before them and do whatever it takes to produce results that best benefit their business partner.

I'd avoid this place like the plague. They aren't cheap and the customer service standards are very poor and impersonal, if not combative.

One of the horrible doctors to go to. Never on time with appointments. Always have to wait for an hour two. Receptionist is always rude. Doctor can not even speak loudly. An awful experience with this GP. Do not go to this place.

Went in to ask the receptionist for a whooping cough vaccine. Got asked twice by the receptionist if it was a Covid vaccine? ! You'd expect better.

Very bad experience male doctor is not talking nicely, my baby is 1.5 years, he is crying while check the doctor, doctor said I have not time please sit and show me your kid, it’s very rude behaviour, poor service, very upset seriously

Male doctor not very good at all. Doctor is never on time and cancelled on me twice. Feel sorry for reception and the new lady there. New lady doctor is good.
