To be fairly honest, this GP clinic provides poor care and service.
More like a 'business' - with variable open/closing hours suited for his (GP) needs.

Customer service so bad
call up to make an appointment, turn up 5 minutes early for the appointment, and still have to wait an hour to see the doctor

Absolute worst place to go. Had a sick 2yr toddler & we waited an hour 15mins. Told him that’s just not on & don’t schedule appointments if your not going to abide by the time. Told both him & the receptionist where to go. Will be changing GP tomorrow morning.

The absolutely worst doctors practice besides East Tamaki Health Care. There's only one doctor and he comes and goes as he pleases. Got an appointment for 1130 and was told the doctor was on his way. Many people weren't even told that the doctor wasn't even in. Doctor didn't stroll in until 1300. Doctor is impatient when he does finally see customers. Their website is full of stock images, the practice looks nothing like that. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else. I know I'll never come back to this place!

I injured my knee at school and came here for a simple referral to acc. Took them more than an hour and told me that the doctor was in a "meeting". Absolutely pathetic.

Don't waste your time there. The hours are not to what the sign say, the doctor tend too go home early and no back up doctor. The open hours are random mostly to suit the doctor. He has more days of the the Queen does. Staff is Mehh at time.

I’m not recommending this place to anyone.
The nurse who is working here is not good at all, no smile in face, very rude lady.

I feel these people know what they are doing. Not like they are running here and there without any motive. With the appointments in place, these people are making an effort not to keep the already unwell patients for 3-4 hours before being seen by a doctor for 5 minutes. They have plenty of parking space available for the patients so that a patient don't need to struggle to find a parking spot. With a very professional and friendly front desk staff, this place is really very accomodation. The doctors are very knowledgeable and understanding and are not in a rush to add the patients to the Care Plus to rip off funding from the ministry. They will listen to the patient without pushing them to add them towards the CCM Depression. And not to forget a patient will not be pressurised to undertake a cervical smear if she is already unwell.

Very friendly Doctor who always maintains a helpful disposition notwithstanding the large amount of patients he is expected to deal with each day. Dr Siva recently excised two moles which were giving me concern recently and followed up with outstanding care.

Staff locked up the place when I was in the toilet and I even asked them if I could use the toilet. Alarms were going off when I came out and I went in for a bad ear ache and that didn't help.

Useless staff no smile on face. Nurse has big attitude. Doctor advice was useless too.never going back

VERY POOR SERVICE. OPENING HOURS SAY 9AM BUT THE DOCTOR ARRIVES 11.00AM. THE SERVICE IS SO POOR THAT THERE IS NO DOCTOR IN THE CENTRE AND NOBODY KNOWS WHAT TO DO WITH THE PATIENTS. NO REFERRAL OR BACK UP DOCTOR. WHAT'S THE POINT OF OPENING UP
