Mr Plumber is our new go-to biz for all things plumbing. When another plumber assessed and quoted the “…. Need for a total hot water cylinder re-placement…” at $3,000, Mr Plumber assessed the leak and replaced the valve for just a little over $400.
They were prompt, on time, and highly communicative. Additionally they gave excellent advice around the age of my cylinder and life left in it… thank you, thank you, THANK YOU! A+

Came to fix a leak and didn’t fix it and when we called them up to redo job they unbelievably charged us again…over $400 for a simple job
We could have bought a whole new cistern with that money.
My husband inadvertently paid bill a second time. He should not have done. They refused to refund first call out charge of $160 even when leak not fixed. Unbelievable. I would not recommend them to anyone. Try another plumber
A plumber I spoke to said he wouldn’t have charged for a service not delivered the first time.
Now I will have to go to small claims to get the first charge refunded

Don't use. Inexperienced young lad sent out on his own, despite knowing job detail didn't come with correct gear. Got charged extra.for a job that should have taken possibly 2 hours, maybe 2.5 hours, ended up paying nearly 6 hours plus call out fees. Charged for everything including a rag for cleaning! When challenged re cost, owner Bruce hung up on my wife. Don't want anyone else to go through this - steer clear.

Nothing was too much trouble. Carlos was so thorough, efficient and left my garden in such a clean and tidy state after having to dig it up! I was thrilled with the service and would totally recommend Mr Plumber

Made an email enquiry on Monday and a plumber was on-site at our rental property providing a solution for our toilet cistern by midday Tuesday. Done and dusted. Minimal disruption for our tenants.

Our first experience with a plumber. Nader was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He explained the cause of our sink and toilet leaks really well. We had our tap and a toilet part replaced. The cost was slightly higher than expected due to the replacement parts. Thank you for your help.

I called at 5pm with an issue with our leaking toilet. My call was answered straight away and a plumber was scheduled for first thing the following day. Our plumber was prompt, polite and tidy in his work. He clearly explained the issue to me. We needed a replacement seal, which was non standard, so he drove to a couple of places to source one at a reasonable cost. Left everything clean, tidy, and perfectly repaired.

The job completed was only a small job to find and check a slow leak. However Denesh, arriving ahead of the scheduled time, was thorough and tested the completed work. Great job done proficiently. Thanks, and will use again.

Excellent service- arrived within 2 hours the afternoon before New Years. Outdoor water pipe had split due to tree roots and was leaking into neighbouring home. So grateful to have it sorted so quickly!
