Mr Plumber

This repair was done on a weekend and their duty plumber called me promptly in return to my call to the answering service. He, Demesh, was very polite and set a time for his arrival. He was actually a few minutes early and performed the repair quickly. It was a quite simple procedure but the access was difficult. He had no complaints and did a fine job.
I also felt that the charge was reasonable being a weekend emergency callout. Thank you Mr. Plumber, John.

We were using another company, but we've become less than thrilled wth them, which is y we tried Mr plumber. I was wrapped wth yr service and wl continue to use Mr plumber. Thnx guys!

Needed a plumber to help with dish drawer installation. Prompt service. Able to come next day. Professional plumber on the job at arranged time. Worked cleanly, tested dish drawer & cleaned up very well. Very impressed & would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Customer service spot on, from the first call for a booking through to the job being completed. My plumber was on time, and gave excellent advice and service. Definitely recommend Mr Plumber.

An underground pipeline burst. We didn't realise until the current water bill arrived. Mr Plumber did the work and explained what he was doing at the same time, He was incredibly good at his job. The cost was reasonable, well below what I expected.

Friendly and professional service, quickly fixed our problem and we haven’t had any issues since.

I received a gigantic water bill, then I knew something was not right. The water pipe under the house was bursted. But, mr plumber fixed it in a timely manner. We are very happy with his skills and knowledge. Highly commended.

The mr plumber team were superb in getting the job done efficiently. There was no mess to clean up afterwards. Will be calling for any future jobs.

The team at Mr Plumber were amazing, I was hoping to get them out by the end of the week but they managed to come within a few hours and remove/install a new kitchen tap and a new shower mixer/handle/shower head and it’s working perfectly. The team were super approachable, genuinely nice people and will be the first team to call for any plumbing needs

If you ask me if I want to get service here again.well. 30 minutes of work, 15 minutes of purchasing parts and 15 minutes of cleaning work equipment, and finally 15 minutes of invoice creation. This is the history of billing me for 1 hour and 15 minutes. That's really good. But the worst experience happened while receiving the invoice and making a bank transfer. Received an invoice from the plumber at 3: 33 pm. I was paying the invoice while I got urge to call for the payment from Bruce at 3: 38pm then I replied "I will pay it within 5mins". I paid the invoice at 3: 40 pm, and responded to the plumber's email with the payment details attached at 3: 42pm.
When I went out to buy groceries at 4: 10 pm, the plumber was in the car park on the street, and the plumber once again checked the details of the payment from me and left. The next day, Bruce charged me with the time the plumber parked on the street.
I don't want experience this again in my life. I am leaving this comment because Bruce send me a message for reviewing their service.

What amazing service
I woke up to find my kitchen floor soaked. Called Mr Plumber and they got someone around by mid day.
The kitchen is on the ground floor of a two story house with the leak not near any obvious water supply.
Thanks to the tenacious plumber the leak was found and repaired.

I found that they are too expensive, used them to install a tap which we supplied, price was over $500.00. Knew the job but did not bring parts required i.e. Water pipe, spent 1/2 hour or more picking up parts which we had to pay that time. Very disappointed and won't be using them again.

Great experience, fast turnaround from booking the job to them showing up and the work was completed quickly and to a high standard. Cheers!

Don’t call these guys, they charged my wife $241 for toilet flush washer replacement. Price for washer is $18 and rest their fees. So think carefully before calling out to these people.

Bruce was great to talk to and get some good honest advice and analysis of what could be the issue over the phone. Helped me to do a little more investigation and find the issue for the call-out. They came and sorted the issue quickly and for a good price.
Also offered some advice on what we can do longer term to prevent it from happening again.

Great service. Plumber sent around quickly. The issues were identified and sorted out efficiently by Bruce. My shower and tap now working perfectly. Bruce also cleaned up after and the area was left tidy. Will request for their services again.

I rang Mr Plumber in a broken pipe emergency and they were extremely helpful getting someone to come within 45 minutes. I was very happy with their response compared to other companies I rang. Definitely recommended.
