They came to clear a blockage in a downpipe. This took 2 visits to identify as they deemed it a two man job. About 20 mins was also spent clearing some soap debris from the shower outlet.
We then received a bill for $862.50 telling us about the blocked downpipe but with no plan or suggestion for repair. We ended up having to fix it ourselves, cutting the downpipe and reconnecting with a sleeve from Mitre 10 for $15. We entered into communication with them, but they were uninterested. We were left feeling totally ripped off and they would not budge on the bill.

Used the Company to install a Kitchen tap we had purchased. Fast communication, and turn around to come and install. Technician was friendly and gave me good advise. Would use again for sure.

What was a mistake call the first time: I thought it was the number for a competitor, Mr Walker turned out to be a blessing in disguise. They saved my day and fixed my shower. I called them back and said this isn’t a mistake call this time, can you help me? They did indeed. Professor and polite service. We’re looking forward to using them again for all our old house jobs.

Today I went into Chesters Plumbing to find a hose to replace the split one on my toilet cistern. They didn't have what I needed (it was some odd size fitting) but Juan from Mr. Walker was there getting some gear and he said he had one in the van I could have. Thank you so much for helping me out, you saved me a lot of time trying to find one! What a nice thing to do, I'll be calling you guys when I need some work done at home.

I got Mr Walker to replace a toilet seat. Not only was that installed well with no fuss or bother I then asked if they could do additional jobs - and they did. Not all services will let you tag on additional work. We talked through cost effective ways to do the other jobs and I cannot speak highly enough of the service. I felt the serviceman really worked with me rather than fobbing me off with a 'not worth fixing anymore' speech and rocketing out the door nto the next jjob. Great service, price was right and all my stuff was fixed and has stayed fixed which doesnt always happen in a old home.

I feel I was way over charged for the work which was done, especially compared to the "estimates" given over the phone. The work done by the electrician was fine, but very pricey to get 2 light fittings installed.

Absolutely Brilliant! We were left in a terrible position by another company after waiting a week without water for their services, they then sent a water pump technician who was not qualified to do the job, even though I asked for an electrician, explained the problem in great detail and so of course that’s what I assumed they were sending! Then they said they couldn’t help us with repairs and recommended I find another electrician, what? ! (And tried to charge us for this non-service!) I called Mr Walker Electrical, explained I needed someone urgently, Tali was there the next day, fixed the problem with ease and even though it was an after hours call-out they charged an extremely reasonable price for the repair! Not much more than the other electrician had tried to charge us for doing nothing! I would recommend Mr Walker Electrical to everyone! Best electricians I have dealt with in a year of living in a house which has had multiple electrical problems so I’ve used four different electricians this year. It's great that they have plumbers and electricians in one place so they'll send who you need for your job.

I had contacted several plumbing businesses to do a simple toilet cistern replacement job at a rental property, but they either weren't interested in a small job or didn't reply. I got a recommendation to contact Mr Walker - they replied promptly and did the job quickly. I will use Mr Walker again in future for any plumbing work I need done.

We lost our power on Friday evening and needed an electrician ASAP. These guys falsely advertise as 24/7 emergency electricians - they don't answer the phone nor call back.
For anyone else looking for an after hours electrician, I called a dozen of them, a number of them don't answer their phone, some, ask for the fee to be paid with a credit card over the phone (no-one in their right mind should do this) right away without even asking what the issue is, some take details and say they'll get back but don't. The only one that was actually good was Hall Electrical - they put me in touch with their on-call electrician who troubleshooted the issue over the phone, drove out from the other side of town, investigated and fixed the issue promptly. Take note Mr Walker Electrical.

Plumber who turned up was friendly and quick replaced my water main in a few hours, no hassles, great service.
