I rate Mr. Walker and the crew very highly - We had a complicated Gas Cooktop installation which they took care of with great attention and care. They replaced my rangehood and fixed some laundry plumbing - I can honestly say that they were great across all areas of Plumbing, Electrical and Gas. Dan & Rick are real OG's and go out of their way to get the job done on time, on budget and always with a good yarn.

I was underwhelmed with the service I received for a leak in the wall of my shower. Rick was prompt to come over and help but told me he can’t do anything because they need to get into the wall to seal the leak and recommended I should get a shower specialist in. He did a little silicone job around the base of the shower but wasn’t hopeful it would do anything. I’m still in the same situation I was in before only $168 lighter. My insurance company was surprised they couldn’t help more too. Very underwhelmed.

Phoned Dan late on a Friday as we had no hot water. He got back to me within 5 mins to say Dan would pop around Sat morning to sort. Dan phoned me within 10 mins of that call to checkin but also to suggest I check the hot water first thing Sat as he felt it could be a power in issue ie rippled control. It was that.
Great to come across a business focused on a solution rather than their pockets.

I came home from work late on Sunday night to find my hot water cylinder sqirting out water from a broken valve. This apparently had been going on for a number of hours. I rang around a few 24hr repairers. All way too expensive. Called Mr Walker Electrical and Plumbing. One of there plumbers named Kevin came all the way from Otahuhu/Onehunga (can't remember which one) and did the repair job with such great customer service. Thanks KevinI would recommend them to anyone

These guys are good and thier work excellent and tidy. Comms not great but this could be improved and they were very busy. 5 stars to dan and his workmanship. Very tidy and cleared up after himself. My cooker hood looks amazing.

I recently used Mr Walker to upgrade all our lighting to LED and replace some old, tired outdoor lighting. They were great all round. They provided a detailed quote upfront along with a number of options for lights we could choose. The installation was top notch and I was impressed at the level of detail they went to in making sure the finishing was as subtle and elegant as possible. They communicated our options at every opportunity, repaired issues left by previous electricians and went above and beyond to get us some great solutions to things that had been annoying us for a while. In short, I'm very, very impressed. I can't recommend Mr Walker highly enough.

Excellent communication with Rick, proper explanation of costs so no surprises and he managed to fit the job in at short notice. Great service, would recommend.

During Covid-19 we had an emergency to which they responded professionally, on time and on budget. Great to deal with.

Rang and spoke with Shaun the MD. DIscussed the job, contacting the tenant and timing for turn around on quote. Works then completed as advised and within budget. Great service, communication, professionalism and all round service.

We've used Mr Walker several times over the past year and have been very happy with the service provided by both their electricians and plumbers. They are reliable, professional and get the job done with a minimum of fuss. It was a Mr Walker electrician that finally solved an ongoing problem with our water feature after several others had tried and failed on multiple occasions, charging us many hundreds of dollars in the process.

Fantastic service from Mr Walker. Stan, the plumber, was efficient and quick, leaving everything tidy after he was done.
Communication was excellent, letting me know when he was able to be there, and even though we were ok to wait a few days given its Christmas/New Year, Stan came on NY eve and fixed our loose wastewater pipe.
He also spared me some time to give some advice on a couple of other things. Thanks Stan, you were so helpful! Highly recommended!

Very quick out of hours service. The service technician was easy to communicate with. They did what they said they would do. Even followed-up to let me know the problem was now fixed. Great friendly service.

Damien the plumber was amazing. Very thorough, careful and considerate. I would recommend Damien as an honest, reliable tradesman.

Great team, I use these tradies a lot as a Property Manager and find them to be prompt, professional and really helpful. Cant recommend them enough!
