Numb Fingers & Hands No More!

Suffering from numb fingers and hands through the night for several years which has woken me 5-6 times a night, I had carpal tunnel diagnosis from both my doctor and hand surgeon.
One surgery in, after 6 months with no resolution to the numbness, I had a friend recommend going to Simon at Mt Eden Chiro. Not ever having been to a Chiro before, I really didn’t know what to expect, but went with an open mind and the hope that some help would come from it. I had nothing to lose! After 2 weeks & 6 sessions, I’m now sleeping through the whole night not being woken up from the numb fingers and hands. While the fingers in particular still feel tender, the progress made so far, Im certainly very optimistic I’m 100% on the rite path and can’t recommend having a Chiropractic regime as part of my normal health care regime. Neck and back health also is at its best in years and moving with much more freedom. Too boot, the team at Mt Eden Chiro and extremely friendly and a bunch of very good people.
Can not recommend them more highly.

So, where do I start. I was suffering from severe chronic pain, agitation, sleep disturbances and when they tested me in my first appointment - my sympathetic (fight or flight) was off the charts. But after 3 months my - showing my vagus nerve healing and what they were doing worked miracles. I highly recommend them - especially Dr Simon. He is a great practitioner and person.

Dr Hayes has helped me a great deal with my shoulder pain and hyper acidity. I had always thought Chiropractic care will help me with pain but never knew this will be the answer for my hyper acidity. I have been on antacids for 13 years of my life and 12 sessions (1 month) of treatment with Dr Hays and I have not taken any pain killers or antacids.

Simon and his team are absolutely phenomenal. The receptionists are warm and welcoming and by your second visit know you by name. The entire practice makes an effort to really know you as an individual. They are super thorough, and truly cater to exactly what you need. I went in scared thinking they were going to make my back worse as I didn’t like my back to be touched at all. My first ever adjustment blew me away. Simon and the team have ALWAYS made me feel like they are putting my health and wellbeing first. At 34 a MD told me my body was like a 34 year old car and I should expect it not to be working like it used to. Then I visited Simon and started getting regular adjustments, at 53 I'm not an old car and can keep up with my 17 years old son. I have had a few adjustments at Mt Eden Chiropractic and have found both the chiropractors and staff to be incredibly supportive and helpful. Everything was explained in very good detail with the assistance of x-rays. A very professional experience that I would highly recommend and repeat without hesitation.

For many years I visited other means for my reoccurring lower back pain, their remedy was to relief rather than repair. Simon and Hayes got me on a 12 weeks repair programme and now I visit for regular maintenance. Both are inspiring and knowledgeable. Also the front of house team is super friendly and very helpful.
