I have been seeing Hayes Woodman on a very regular basis for over 1.5 years now. I wasn’t able to walk properly when I first crawled into the practice. My spine issues took over my whole life. Hayes helped me with intense treatments, guidance, sympathy and some great motivational speeches. He’s seen me at my worst and helped me get through it. Hayes has become the one and only person that I trust when it comes to my severe back issues. I am so grateful for all the help I received and would not go anywhere else. Thank you!

10/10 Simon has massively helped me in combatting my gut and adrenal issues. Pairing his chiropractic work with other support from other health professionals has played a huge role in my recovery. Bea and Amelia at reception are lovely, helpful and make your visit so easy. I've just finished my 12 visits and will continue to see Dr Simon regularly. High recommend.

After two significant operations on my back & hip within the past couple of years I've been seeing Simon as part of getting back in to top level sport. I've found it hugely beneficial to my rehab & performance on the field. I've also noticed a general improvement to my overall wellbeing & mobility. As head coach of Parnell Cricket Club I cannot reccomend Mt Eden Chiropractic highly enough. Our premier men`s team have been using Simon and his team twice a week throughout the season and their work has enabled the lads to stay fit, strong, on the park and to perform to the best of their ability throughout the season. This work has culminated in us winning the Auckland one-day Championship last weekend with a full strength team on the field - which is unusual at the end of the season when injuries etc normally begin to build up. I am convinced that the work done by the team at Mt Eden Chiropractic has been a huge factor in our success. As a club we will continue to encourage our players to use them moving forward and I would strongly suggest that any athlete/team wishing to improve their performance uses these guys if they wish to perform to the best of their ability.

Had my initial consultation this week. Such a friendly, well organised and professional team. I saw Dr. Woodman, he was incredibly thorough yet efficient. I could not recommend him enough.

I went in for more of a check up than treatment for a specific issue due to myself working in IT, being an active gym goer and football player. Dr. Woodman provided me with insight into differences in my movements (left vs right side of body), the weakness or strength that accompanied each and the causation. I look forward to treatment and overall improvement in both my sport/physical performance as well as general well being.
