Absolute Wonderful Experience Today as a new customer. I needed my car’s logo badge replaced after it fell off. I called beforehand and was booked in straight away.

The European Kiwi Gentleman asked me to show him the car. He showed me how to replace the logo and attached it for me in 2mins. I had the new part with me already but he showed me how to do it.

Was not charged out of kindness as it took very quick. 10/10 service thank you Sir!

Will be using their services moving forward as my new go to mechanics.

This place is very efficiently run - would use again. Friendly service & great communication. They give heaps of notice and plenty of text reminders. The loan car is tidy and clean. Car is also returned fully cleaned inside and out.

Mt Roskill Collision Centre were very fast fixing the back bumper of my car. Basically only took 1 day and they even offered a loan car at an affordable rate. My car looks brand new thanks to them. Thank you very much.

My car was booked in for a minor panel beating repair to the back bumper after being clipped by a driver pulling out of a parking space directly behind my vehicle. The entire process of booking in my car with Mt Roskill Collision Centre to picking it up on completion was extremely quick and easy. Dealing with Lucia on reception was also a pleasure. The repair was conducted quickly and efficiently and two days later I was back on the road. I am needless to say very happy with the repair and would have no hesitation in recommending Mt Roskill Collision Centre. Fingers crossed however, that I have no need to have to use them again!

The service was awesome from start to finish. Lucia at the reception was very friendly and helpful in guiding me with their process. The repair and maintenance work done to my car was of high quality. They even over delivered, I got the car back few days before the date I was advised to pick up. Such a lovely team, so friendly - I felt so welcome! Was seen right away, on time, and the job was done in 10 minutes by Renald Pal who was brilliant! I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but the lady who booked me in at reception and chatted with me while the repair was being done was absolutely lovely too. Will absolutely be back in the future if I have any more issues with my car.

DO NOT GO TO THEM. Could not match my colour at all. Raised it as an issue with them on pickup but they brushed me off. Raised the issue with insurance and was told to go back to have it amended but after another respray the colour was still off. The staff was a nightmare to deal with. Avoid at all costs.

Everything about my experience with these guys was 5 Star. Lucia at reception knew my name as I walked into the office for the first time after booking an assessment, The assessment was done immediately on my arrival, and an estimate sent to me within 2 hours. They organised a loan car for me (The Lamborghini), and the repairs and paintwork done on the car by Renald and the team were sensational (and done far quicker than I anticipated).
