Mt Roskill Collision Centre

Still haven't given us the headrest of our replaced seat, which was from a very smoked in vehicle previously! Stunk out our vehicle for months

Car sent there by insurance company. I come to collect it when it is supposedly fixed and there is now a new error never seen before on the dashboard, interior trim is not put back properly and drivers seatbelt doesn’t work.

And to make matters worse the roof rack is put on backwards. Wasted time and money.

Again an EXCELLENT repair done by the Amazing team at Mt Roskill Collision centre. Nothing is to much trouble for them, they are the nicest people to deal with and they endeavour to make the repair as hassle free as possible. They are competitive with their pricing and their workmanship is Superb. Thanks so much for keeping up such a high standard over many years.

I requested my car's damage to be investigated again by the assessor before proceeding with the repair, in the office he agreed, then went ahead with a job I didn't want done! Insurance frauds

Awesome customer service making you feel very welcome. Car was only in the shop for three days and came back looking like new with great attention to detail! Had a courtesy car the whole time which was cheap and extremely helpful. Highly recommended based off my own experience and would definetely use their services again.

Excellent result and easy to deal with. Repair came back perfect (whole side of car had been damaged). They went above and beyond when we noticed damage not picked up during the original insurance claim – the insurer rejected it but they got it fixed anyway. Highly recommended.

Had an accident on a public holiday, saw these guys the next morning and had my car in that day. Quite a bit of work to be done as drivers door and surrounding area damaged. Had it back, price and time as quoted. Good friendly service in a timely manner. This was a Private repair not through insurance.

The team had my ute repaired, panels resprayed and back to me in 2 working days. Looks great, good attention to detail with reverse camera nicely refitted like I asked.

Our family had just been to Collision centre for a quote of our car, which got some dent and scratch yesterday. To my surprise, there are 2 guys and 1 lady were sitting behind the counter, I ask for a quote, they ask me if this repair through insurance, if yes, they will do the quote, otherwise they would not do it. This is a very appalling services, extremely shocking service, do not recommend anyone go there for this kind of attitude and discrimination.

Great job by the team here repairing a Nissan 350z. Made the annoying hassle of getting the car fixed after it was crashed into so much easier. Helped sort everything with FMG Insurance (who did a great job too) didn't need to sort a loan car while it was being fixed as Mt Roskill Collision Centre were able to help out there.
Car was fixed and ready to go when they said it would be. The repair job was superb and colour match perfect but it was a little details which got them the 5 stars. Things like even blackening up the tires again and the car being returned cleaner than when they received it.
Would recommend and use again (but hopefully not have to)
