New Brew Bar & Restaurant

The food is actually quite tasty. Chicken burger and a perfect glass of Pinot Gris. NZ$34 and it’s reasonable. Will come back again the next time at night to see how the live music goes

I had lunch here during the week, solid meal at a reasonable price. The staff member that served us was friendly and no muck around attitude.

Went with a group after ribs - all were disappointed in the size of the plate. They assumed the "Rib Night" discount meant they actually got less food to compensate.

If you're a vegan, there are options off the menu but you have to ask for them. Expect there to be banter.

Probably won't return.

Great service and the staff are always accommodating. The large platters for groups are very tasty indeed and definite must with a huge selection of drinks on offer.

Had a work function here and while the food platters had a variety of choices, they were far too expensive for what we got!

Really enjoyed the service and the food. The menu options that they had were a good selection to offer a reasonable amount of quality choices. The staff checked on us all night which meant we were always stocked with drinks and options.

Julian and his staff at the New Brew are fantastic hosts. A great line up of regular live music including Mr Men Band NZ.

The best place ever to sit and chew the fat while suckin on a bottle of suds, then your perfectly cooked steak eggs and chips arrive with a few wee extras that they don't mind adding or changing! Awesomely amazing!

One of our favourite locals in Albany. Super friendly staff who remember you.and your favourites. We had a staff event there which was the most popular event of the year. Platters are to die for and super value for money!

Excellent lunches, great bar selection, great surroundings, good entertainment on weekends and awesome service.

Great service and energetic staff. Food is reasonably priced. A little too upmarket for the area, but that's probably why it's always busy. Great live music with bands every Friday and Saturday. Something on every night it seems.

Awesome Brew bar. Family friendly place. Outdoor sitting area with high tables for smokers. Finger food and Meals are delicious too. Great selection of Pan Head or Emerson's Brews.
