Excellent service! Professional and efficient. I rang 9am this morning, got a check at 10am, fixed up by 11am, all done. Amazing! No need weeks of waiting for an appointment. Nice and warm team, very helpful. Highly recommended

Such an excellence experience with Novus Pukekohe, their customer service is next level, I am blown away by how quickly things were done. I received a call to book my car in about 15min after I lodged my claim with my insurer and super quick drop off and pick up of my vehicle on the day. They made it SO easy! Great work Novus Pukekohe!

Absolutely top service from this team. They didn’t know me from a bar of soap and were so kind and professional. The office staff (sorry I didn’t get your names) and Darren were helpful above and beyond what you would normally expect (on a busy day too). This is a business worth supporting. Pukekohe is a better place with them in it.

I had given them my pride and joy to work on and their customer service, communication and work from all members was outstanding. The windscreen came out and there was rust underneath. Novus had it sent to their guy who repaired everything and had it back and windscreen in within 2 days. Hell of a job done. 100% recommend this business to anyone needing work done.

Oh Novice. I so wished I had read more on the reviews before coming here! Forget about friendly service especially with Darren the manager or owner - totally unprofessional, no customer skills and obnoxious. If you are the owner Darren, shame on you. And wow, you truly represented the Novus brand really well. Stick to fixing little windscreen chips please.

For all those to contact AMI, you HAVE a choice and do not need to be directed to Novus each time. All you do is don't select option 1 for Windscreen claim but proceed to wait and lodge a claim seperately with an operator. You then can ask for different providers. I only learnt that today thanks to Novus.

Don' t really want to waste more of my time, I leave you readers to decide. Conversation at 8am this morning started with a "Morning" wish from me, and in return - not a word of lie - and you know that to be true Darren, a very aggressive " What have you done to the rear view mirror,! YOU broke it.its not our fault - can clearly see you broke it. " that's was a perfect start from a "professional". Follow on a little later with me saying: Can I even get a chance to explain and show you what is wrong? "

Attach pictures will better explain it all and to you Darren, you are no professional and you need to perhaps return to the basics and understand customers are your source of income. Go and learn to be nicer to customers. You probably know that already in yourself.

BTW - this does not represent all Novus franchisee, I am sure there are better ones out there but for me, this is the WORST experience ever and I do not wish it on anyone.

Fast front windshield replacement (just over 4 hours) Awesome team quality workmanship i dropped off and picked up my vehicle contact less with booking drop off keys. Wear a mask scan in with the covid-19 app.

Had my car in for a smashed drivers side glass window late last year, they really dropped the ball this day. Fitted a second hand scratched up glass without my concent, and left all the smashed glass still in the door which has left scratches in my door frame. I lived central, so when i complained they told me to go back out there to fix it, its a long way to go to get it fixed and they wernt wanting to come to me so i declined, i would never go back there again. I give two stars as the owner was polite and apologetic at least.

I was directed to go to Novus to get my windscreen replaced via my insurance company as it was the closest place to my home.

However, thoroughly disappointed with the service as when I picked the car up today there is dirt and boot marks on both the driver's and front passenger mats, ledges and windows as well as masking tape still on the windscreen with no instruction or explanation. Now I understand that it may need to be there to hold the screen in place after initial installation however where is the courtesy to explain to your customer on when/how to remove this tape?
You may have successfully replaced the windscreen however I would expect you to clean up after yourself and return the vehicle back to the customer in the same condition you received it in - that seems like mere common decency. It's a job incomplete and not of quality!

Will not be using this company again!

I got my front driver's side window smashed in a burglary. I went through insurance and was rung by Novus to set up. The woman on the phone was very blunt and not understanding. When asked if there were flexible times as I still had to work she was annoyed that I had even asked. When the car was brought back there was still glass making a noise in the door and the window didn't go up automatically. I had to take it back again. Again, lady on the phone was rude making me feel like I was making it up. Two weeks later check under my seat and find so much glass still there and also under the mats. Never ever going back here. Such an awful experience.

My truck windscreen had to be replaced. I was told that there was rust found where the w/screen fitted. The technician was very helpful and said he could carry out temporary repairs that should last a few years at least. My truck is my business lifeline and this was a huge relief. He carefully explained the process and charged what I considered a very reasonable price.
I sat on the too comfortable chairs in the office while waiting and nearly fell asleep. The two office girls were busy fielding phone calls and attending to customers. They couldn't have been more helpful, considerate and courteous. I wish more businesses had customer attitudes like these very professional people at Pukekohe Novus. Thank you.

I could not recommend this branch enough! The ladies in the office are great to deal with. Their communication is fantastic and there's no mucking around. I was lucky enough to be squeezed in for a rear window replacement just a few days before Christmas last year which would have caused havoc for them but they were so lovely about the whole process. I've also had a last minute windscreen repair done - everything was sorted in 30mins. I'm central based but will always come back to Novus, Pukekohe:)

I took one of my Classic Car collection in to get the windscreen replaced. I was assured that they would do a good job and look after my car. The finished product was terrible and when I went back in to get the car fixed I was physically threatened by the staff for complaining. I do not recommend anyone who is expecting a good finish to their car to ever use this company.

Really great customer service.quick and a text message for what time it was going to be ready for me to pickup again for replacement front windscreen after stone hit it Monday.
