I found the people quite difficult to deal with.my insurance asked for a mobile service and the ladies at the office were not happy. They rung and badgered and lectured me before I felt I had to cancel the call out. I ended up going in. I asked a simple question and when answering the lady sounded rude, I would definately not return there for future windscreen replacements.

This visit has not concluded as yet as some rust was detected before the screen was removed. Now going to the panel beating shop for rust repair prior to new screen being fitted.

As usual - Top professional service. Spotting the rust colouring when about to remove screen, I was notified and a joint decision was made to have this area treated by a Panelbeating shop prior to installation of new windscreen. This is the real service you receive from Professionals. Thank you Novus.

I'm a fussy car guy - Novus put a new genuine windscreen in my Mercedes and it was done flawlessly. No marks, no mess, done within a few weeks of getting a quote. Really happy - last time I had to wait 2 months from a Mercedes Dealer and they mucked up my booking + I had to travel to Auckland. Really happy! (if your a fussy car guy like me don't bat an eyelid!)

Windscreen installed okay. However, disappointed in the fact that they obviously do NOT use seat covers to protect the customers seats, as my seat had sealant glue embedded into the fabric!
