NZ Landscape Supplies East Tamaki

Called in this morning around 10.40am and waited with no other customers in line for over 10 minutes without anyone aknowledging me and saying we will not long. Went outside to see the mulch and bark on offer and came back in and again no one came to my aid.
Question: Where has Customer Service gone?

Save your self the head ache and go somewhere else. Not helpful and expensive, I shan't be using there services again.

The team member on the day was very helpful went through everything with me on prices and sizing

Cheaper than any other gardening supplies business. Helpful staff. In and out quickly. Definitely worth a visit if you have gardening jobs to get done. All different types of soil and stones. They also sell cement. Give them a call.

Fantastic service by the team, and a great range of bulk products. Free trailers plentiful in numbers, so no wait on both days we used them.

I not go here much now. But liked their service, polite friendly staff. Not far from Stihl shop East Tamaki. I recommend people go there and any questions they gladly answer. David, Otara.

Friendly staff, but delivered my stuff to a wrong address, then no one attended the phone when I called and tried to sort the issue out. Very frustrating

I would like to compliment Joseph on his outstanding Customer service. Only thing that let this business down, is the new management need to take their medication before they get to work. Some dude with an accent was very belittling in the way of how Joseph was cleaning shelves. I have dealt with Joseph on various occasions, he is top level service. His colleagues need to take lessons from him. It was a sad sight before the whole COVID19 when Joseph went to shake his bosses hand, think stan his name was, and totally brushed his worker off, racism in my eyes. Apparently when I came in on the 22March, their was 2 ladies behind the counter, and not 1 person served me.until Joseph saw me and Stephen helped me. Such appalling behavior from the 2 ladies who were seated behind the counter, and you expect me to wait. You're workers deserve a raise. Sack the new management. I am thinking of closing my account with you.

The front desk was irrogant and unpleasent to talk to, I just wanted to know some prices of things because nothing is labelled. And she asked me "are you here to buy, or to ask random questions? "
After we selected the items we asked if it was free delivery and she responded with "hell no! " Never coming back again, buyers be warned, enter at own risk.

Great team and very helpful, I use quite often if worling in the area for small amounts of BM or scoria

PROS: Good range of products and the builders mix was of great quality

CONS: Appalling customer service. I almost felt as though I should have been apologising for being in the store as the guy at the counter was so unfriendly and unhelpful.

NZ Landscape both at Onehunga and East Tamaki has the worst customer services! Also pretty Racist Avoid them there's many new Landscape supplies that provide better services at cheaper prices!

Helpfull staff, but what I was told they have in stock on phone, wasn' t actually in stock when I got there.

Expensive item price - however they gave you bad services! Avoid at all cost. There's many other landscape supplies in the area that are cheaper and service are better!

I never angry like this before.the attitude is really bad.i m not the person borrow money from ur shop. At lest plz give respects to the people bought goods from u. I just want to return the concrete block but the feeling is like i owl u.if have the half star actually i dont want to give u too.

They keep on over charging on the hardfill disposal. 1cubic meter is 1m x 1m x1m so a domestic trailer won't hold 1,5m2 concrete. Otherwise good shop
