23Free trailer hire! Prices aren't too bad. Staff could be a little bit friendlier in the office though
I went to the East Tamaki branch last Sunday to pick up a trailer load of dirt. Should be fairly simple at a landscaping place right? Well they had 2 TRAILERS WITH NO REGO! Therefore I had to go somewhere else as they could not lend them out. Crap service. Surely it's bread and butter for them to offer a trailer service. Won't be going there again...
Have visited the East Tamaki branch a couple of times now.
Not a pleasant experience on both occasions. Tried to get information on a some of their products, told they don't have them even though I had just walked past 6 pallets of the stuff in the yard! Had no offers of help to load up until I had finished loading them myself. Attitude (and English) of female counter staff member needs improvement. Will be taking my business elsewhere.
