34Really bad experience i went there and they didnt offer me any food this is extremly irritating i went to find books and they did not help me the worst part is that once you talk to someone they just disapear. THIS IS EXTREMLY IRRITATING DONT SHOP HERE
The worst online buying experience I’ve ever had. They double charged me for some seats, then delivered 2 lots of the seats, after many phone calls they finally picked up and returned one of the sets of seats, 6 weeks later, after many promises of the money getting reimbursed, I still haven’t got it. (over $1000.00) The biggest issue is you can never talk to the same person twice. On top it f it all, I have never even received an tax invoice. Horrible experience.
The book I bought for my daughter at the beginning of school in February was delivered to the door, but it was much less, their order didn't show what was less mailed. I also sent a lot of e-mails to tell them that it's been three months now, but there's no reply. I really don't know what to do. It's a terrible experience. I won't buy their things online any more.
All officemax store closed, I ordered my boy’s school stationary online 2werks ago, it still hasn’t come, now my boy went back to school without stationary! I emailed office max that no reply, I call NZpost they said not in their system either! Next year I just go to one store of warehouse stationary!
The school told us in Dec 2020 to order the science workbooks early so I did so. They arrived with 1 missing and an economics workbook instead. Called officemax to be told they're out of stock. Similar thing happened to us in Jan 2020 with our order then. Not fun.
Ordered a phone headset and was send a product worth half the price of the one i ordered, the headset wouldnt even connect to my phone so i couldnt use it, i have been begging for a refund since but getting told they will forward it to the tech team and they will contact the supplier.still nothing, i still have the wrong product and no refund, its pretty rank service and this has dragged for weeks now, its pathetic
Went to an OfficeMax store to purchase stationery for 2 kids. It was chaos and was advised by a store rep I was better to purchase online. I went home and immediately did so (3-5 business day delivery timeframe advised). After following up by phone on the order today I was then advised that there would be further delays to delivery and they were not sure when it would be delivered. Have had to cancel the order and will be sourcing the stationery elsewhere. Pretty appalling service really.
Order masks online on their website, received order confirmation on email.after 1 months still see no update. Send an email and ask, which received reply with:
[Unfortunately, due to the high demand of the Face Masks, the supplier is out of stock]
If your supplier is out of stock, do not list the item available on your website. If your company cancel our order, how hard is it to inform the customer?
I even don't want to give them a star. I ordered 10 days ago but it is not delivered though. I asked re-delivery and tracking no.but they didn't answer me. So awful company.
Purchased the school equipment through the OfficeMax MySchool for my 2 children. I later found that you can get all the school equipment from alternative suppliers in NZ for less than half the price. Do your research and consider other school equipment suppliers before paying the inflated prices from here.
Made an order over a week ago, still has not arrived. Cannot give any useful update. Kids left with no stationery for the whole first week. How can delivery take this long this day and age? Most competitors can do in 2 working days. Come on.
Hmm, good office freeflow movement. Got to hand it, warehouse manager, very grumpy and not friendly. Maurice would be much better manager and very people skilled.
I would give them zero if this was an option. Ordered my kids school stationery online which they completely messed up. Included extra things that weren't ordered and missed out items that should have been included. Rang customer services and had a terrible experience, very rude and unhelpful. Avoid using online ordering with this company at all costs, just not worth the hassle.
