Used Onehunga Carpets on a number of occasions and they've always been awesome - efficient, friendly and great selection. Rob was brilliant sorting out a small issue we had resolving a stair transition too.

Fantastic Experience. Familiar story, - flood damage sought quotes. Onehunga Carpet responded immediately, came round within a day, measured up, provided a quote, very reasonable price. Very helpful around colours / styles / installation etc etc. Helpful, prompt knowledgeable and just a pleasure to deal with. All of them, - and we must have had dealings with at least 6 different team members. All knew their stuff!

Johnny laid the carpet, and he was a pleasure to have in the house. He started early and didn't stop all day. Hard worker, professional tradesman, did a great job!

Superb service. Very welcoming upon my arrival. Excellent collection of carpet samples and great display. Wonderful smell of wool upon entry. My needs fully explained on how the overlocking job could be done and a business card given to show collection point and explained. Can't wait to see the finished product.

We visited these guys on the rave recommendations of colleagues and we were not disappointed! We were fairly green to carpet shopping, and were out searching for a particularly large carpet piece to get bound as a mat for a shared office space. Their range is vast and all the costs transparent. The process was quick, easy and the turn around and delivery was within the week. Other than our initial in store discussions which were very thorough - and really just left us to pick the carpet we wanted, our primary correspondence was via email which in our line of work is incredibly helpful. The team are lovely and super helpful to boot! Thank you!

Extremely efficient, good quality work, friendly and very well priced. The experience from start to finish and beyond was excellent. Communications were prompt and we were well looked after, even when the job was done and paid. There was a minor issue I contemplated bringing up but Melanie didn't bat an eyelid and quickly organised the top person to remedy this the following day.
We got beautiful chunky loop pile wool carpet at a great price that we couldn't have afforded otherwise- it was "second grade" carpet with barely noticeable defects such as a small section of a row being twisted a different way. Everyone always comments on how gorgeous and comfortable our carpet is, we love it too- Thanks so much Melanie and team!

Great variety of carpets to choose from. Service was great. A bit busy so was a bit touch to get hold of staff easily.

I have been really impressed by the communication right from the start and all the way through. I had tried two other carpet companies that wouldn't call back so I really appreciated the excellent communication as part of a great service overall.

One of the best shopping experiences I have had, very friendly and helpful staff, wide range of products, great prices, and fast processing of orders. After visiting no less than 7 carpet shops, we ended up here, and we were very lucky to do so. We were in a hurry to find something and get it installed, and Onehunga carpets had the carpets we chose installed within 3 days of us choosing the carpet. Their carpet layers were also amazing, very friendly and nice, very tidy, and got the job done to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this store and their carpet layers!

At first I was really happy because Claudia sorted me out a really good deal. When I went to pick up the carpet the measurements they had come up with for my floor plan didnt make any sense so I'm glad I had done my own workings. I was still happy though, the workshop guys were really helpful. When I was laying the carpet I noticed that one room's piece had slits through the middle at 15cm intervals as if done by a machine. I made contact and spoke to Melanie who was adamant that I must have damaged it during transit which wasnt possible. We argued, I had to push for a refund which she initially refused but I pushed for it and got it. No apology from her. Then I realised that they had overcharged me initially. Got that refunded but still no apology. My advice- do your own calculations, check what you get from them before laying it and stick to your guns if theres an issue. They do good discounts.

Very efficient and customer service orientated company who display a wide range of carpet options at competitive pricing. Staff are knowledgeable and helpful. Very prompt with communication and keeping you au fait with processes. The company representative and contracted layers were very careful in moving heavy and cumbersome furniture when laying the carpet. They worked until 7.00pm to get the fitting completed on this whole house re-carpeting and did an excellent job. Recommended.

Claudia was fabulous! Great fast service. Found what we wanted for a great price, no messing around. This girl was on to it! Would definitely go back for that service.
