Leeane was a complete disregard of facts and stats kind of person, nothing was considered after a long long discussion. Also contacted my mortgage broker which I have never gave her permission to do so - unprofessional and crossing the line. Stay away from these valuers.

James is highly efficient, I do highly recommend him.

Sasha was Absolutely unfair and un experienced, needed a valuation for the bank end up to go with another company which was way better service. Do not use these guys

Hi all, I needed a valuation done for a property in Auckland. Called several companies that the banks had allocated and I am super glad that I came across Michael from Opteon. While other companies could not even reach my job minimum 6 working days, Michael took time out and went and assessed the property within a few hours. He produced a full valuations report within 24 hours which is super amazing that eventually helped me settle a deal within time. Superlative and professional valuation work undertaken by Tim McCabe. He came in to do a bank valuation for our property and did a very thorough job. He understands a lot about what’s driving the current market and is a very friendly guy, too. This is the second time we’ve used Opteon and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to anyone.

I have used Sasha for valuating my property. I was running on thin deadline to go unconditional but Sasha really pulled up and gave us a report right before time and valuation was also very accurate and well detailed. The report is giving me a good opportunity to know how my property will behave after a few years and let me reassess my financials related to property. I will recommend Sasha for valuating anytime.

Very poor attitude and judgment. Valuer was late and had his student come early to measure and view the house. Main valuer just came in looked the house and was out in 1 mint.seems like poor report provided with made up data and not actual facts.

We have used Opteon twice for 2 valuations of properties on the North Shore. We used Richard and Gary. Both of these valuers were excellent. They were flexible and were able to go in to perform the valuation quickly and to provide us with the report well within the quoted time frame.
They were very thorough and kept us in the loop throughout.
Their pricing is very competitive and would definitely say is great value.

Paul provided us with a very thorough valuation. He was friendly, informative and very accomodating to my million and one questions. We are very pleased with the final report and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone.

Used Kate Tubberty from this company. I am not sure how Takanini can value a house in Papakura. Inaccurate and poor judgement. Do not recommend this company at all!

Used Paul at Sheldons for valuation. I resonate my similar experience that he always undervalued the properties. I have done lot of homework to get the true valuation reflected in the report but Mr Paul seems to know everything. Got revaluation done from Bayleys and difference in valuation was staggering 375k. Go figure out. Will never use them again and recommend them. My advise stay clear from Sheldons and I am not sure how can they be even on banks panel if they can't do their job properly for the customer who pays their salaries.

We used Paul & Tyson. These guys have no idea on true valuations, they don't do their home work properly and even if you do home work for them provide facts to ensure valuation accuracy they don't care. They don't seem to work for customers despite you as customer pay them for service. Seems they are banks insiders and you will always get under values, just avoid them and find someone else.

Did 3 valuations - undervalued, the 2 Valuers are curt and impolite, a take it or leave it attitude; had to chase for report. I d use another co now I know

Useless is the only word to describe Sheldons. Warning to all the people who are looking for valuating their home. I was given well below par value of my house. Funny part is that I was given excuse " not enough sales in the area" though there was recent 15 sales in last 2 months period. BAD BAD SERVICE, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER.

I have had Two very bad experances with Sheldons they are rude and lied about me. They also gave an over inflated valuation in favour of my X. Don't believe they are an honest company.
Don't go to Sheldon Rated -z in my books.
