EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE! AVOID AVOID AVOID!
It's such unpleasant experience dealing with this company. The valuation report was done carelessly and the service is really bad. They made a couple of mistakes and when we came back with questions, they just ignored them and never be in touch with us again!
Not even deserve this 1 star here. Never use their service again!

We required a very urgent valuation to remortgage on a rebuild. Sasha was excellent and submitted it right on time. We are thrilled!

We went through a stressful process getting our house purchase over the line, and wouldn't have received the result we did without the outstanding performance of Sasha at Sheldons. He went above and beyond to ensure we got the valuation through on time, kept us updated regarding progress, and was friendly and professional throughout. Highly recommended.

We had a very tight deadline to meet finance conditions and no other valuers in Auckland were even willing to try to accommodate my request. That's where Sheldons accepted our timeframe and went above and beyond. Special mention to Sasha for his attention to detail and quick turn around. He gave us very valuable insights about dwellings surrounded by bush. The valuation was spot on and we are very happy customers! I will definitely use Sheldons again and will recommend them to friends and family.

We got a valuation from another company six moths ago which I thought at the time was average. Recently we have had to get another valuation and after dealing with Sheldons, and Sasha Peters in particular, I realise how bad the original company was.
Sasha was great. His communication, his attention to detail, his turnaround of the valuation was all first class. I would thoroughly recommend Sheldons and Sasha Peters to anyone.

I have a mix of residential and commercial properties but predominantly residential located in Auckland. I have been a client with Sheldon & Partners for over 11 years and use their services frequently. (We have had Tim, Paul & Michael all do valuations for us). I find the team to be personal, confidential (as you'd expect) and professional. It is very hard to find a team of valuers that you CAN trust particularly when they have a huge amount of your hard earnings potentially sitting in the palm of their hand! However I always have and still do feel extremely confident in their valutions they provide me with and extremely confident in their opinions. I would most definitely recommend this company for your residential OR commercial valuation needs.

Brian Stafford-Bush from Sheldon's, Takapuna, represented me over the last 3 years in a land compensation issue after the Auckland Council had encroached on my land. His work was excellent, clear and always timely (in stark contrast to the council's work). He keeps a calm head under pressure and he negotiated an excellent compensation package for me. I always felt well advised by Brian and would not hesitate to contract his services again.

Called them several times for a quote but noone bother to call me back.i rang direct;y the valuer's business phone number asking for a quote and when he can come but he never bothers to email/phone me! This is the worst customer service i ever have! They dont care about customers.

We needed a property valuation on a tight timeframe for a property we were hoping to purchase. Sheldons was recommended to us, so I called and talked to Sasha. He was friendly and honest about his workload and the tight turn around time. I tried a few other companies but got a good vibe from Sheldons so booked it all in. Sasha was so quick to reply to any questions and queries we had. We needed the report by the end of Tuesday and he was able to deliver before midday. This enabled us to go unconditional by the Wednesday deadline. We felt the valuation was very fair and well reasearched. We had a great experience with Sasha and Sheldons and would recommend.

Have used only two residential valuers before and these guys were far better than the others I used. Their price was about middle of the quotes that I got, but was really impressed with the quality of the report. It also came in about 2 days earlier than agreed which was great.very responsive on follow-up queries too
