We needed a motorcycle WOF, this was arranged to fit in with my busy schedule on a Saturday morning & was completed with out fuss. The facilities, bathroom etc that we used during a short wait, we found to be excellent, very clean & tidy, our overall expirience was great & we'll be returning. Additionally a close friend who owns a Hyundai as me if I could recommend a garage to service it, I told them of my expirience at Orewa Car Services & they call me back a few weeks later & expressed their gratitude for directing them to use this garage & the great experience they also had.

Had two experiences that were unpleasant and one that was ok. I will state that on one occasion the gentleman was great and helpful with pricing as expected. Two other times paid more than expected and will not be back. You'll not most reviews on here come from people with only 1 or 2 reviews

I have had x2 services at Kia Orewa. It has been stress free and the service very good. I lost my service book and kindly they sourced me another one and stamped it again for me. I really appreciated the extra effort they put in here. I would recommend this company for all your car needs. Great service goes a long way and word of mouth travels. Thanks so much. I'll be back. While my vehicle was in the workshop for the annual service and WOF certification. A number of items were discovered to be faulty and required replacement. Jason, the workshop manager kept me posted on the repair progress and the spare parts that were difficult to come by. I took advantage of a loan vehicle which I appreciated as my car was in for over a week. I would recommend Orewa Car Services for the efficient service shown to me

Jason was really helpful with efficiently addressing a brake pad / caliper issue on my car. They are my 'go to' team for any car related services.

They gave my car a really good service. Had been letting me down by not starting etc. After weeks of trouble it's never let me down since.

Excessive cost for a basic service.good communication, good diagnostics - just not worth the greater expense than other comparable options.i won't be going back.

The mechanic came and checked them out and advised they were fine. I have been caught out, like most people that have been advised to do work or for something when it is not necessary. Thankyou again, most impressed.

Great Caring Service! I had my car serviced and checked by Orewa Car Services. 2 months later my car surprisingly failed a WOF at another garage that would involve expensive repairs. Orewa Car Services welcomed my request for a second opinion on this and they checked and showed me that the failed items in their view were insufficient for a WOF failure. They issued me a WOF to resolve the matter free of charge. They went the extra mile to look after me in my situation. I recommend them very highly!

From the moment I contacted orewa car services they were so helpful and supportive. They fitted me in with very short notice for a vehicle inspection and were extremely efficient and upfront with problems my vehicle needed addressing. I decided I would do the repairs with them and was a little hesitant being a woman on my own but felt comfortable talking with the staff and decided to book it in. I'm so very glad I did as they were so supportive, I felt very anxious as was suffering high anxiety that day and I had to go to work in a very stressful environment at that time and needed a vehicle so they gave me a courtesy car which they told me a fee to which I agreed. Due to finishing work later than when the workshop closed they trusted me to have the courtesy car overnight and bring it in the next morning. I expected an old car to have to get to work in, but got a very nice car to drive. They told me if anything came up not on the inspection notice they would call and not go ahead without my agreement. I can say that this company were fantastic and I felt very cared for. When I returned the courtesy car the next morning, the bill was as quoted, no surprises but what was unexpected was they did not charge me for the courtesy car and this was a lovely surprise and blessing. For me I really appreciated feeling supported and cared about it meant a lot. I have told friends and family that they should go here. They do not add on extras and we're very honest in their appraisal something as a woman customer I am extremely grateful for. To all the staff I had contact with, thank you for your kindness, I am truly grateful.

Great service, reasonable prices and always call to confirm any additional costs. Have been taking our cars here for a few years now and have always had a good experience.

From booking the WOF, to the reminders, approachable staff and the actual work it was a great experience.

Terrible Terrible, was ripped off charged $220 for a break bleed, which probably takes 10 minutes max with 2 people. They did work without calling me. WASTE OF TIME!

Was quoted $1300 minimum for break repairs got it done for $500 including other work. Rip off!
