Work carried out on what my vehicle needed for WOF was good. However prices are very inflated, they charge you technician labour for changing bulbs and WOF is quite expensive at $60 for 6 months. I don’t think I’d go local again and will not recommend to anyone unless they have money to burn.

My partner got a flat tyre right outside their business and they couldn’t offer to help with either giving him a jack so he could do it himself (he left his at home which I was called to get) or come out for 5 mins to help as it was literally outside their businesss. What a let down to a great community.

Very very disappointing. Had experience with a rental car from them which very clearly set out the days and costs of the hire. When terminating at the end of the period of hire, (and not late) they would not accept what they had already agreed to under the contract which was unlimited mileage hire, and demanded more money for mileage which did not form part of the contract. The owner was rude and arrogant and took advantage of a tourist to NZ. I would not recommend hiring a car from them.

I had a really bad experience with them previously where what they charged was way higher than what they quoted. However, because I needed something done urgently and my usual mechanic couldn't do it I gave them a second chance. Big mistake - they couldn't complete the work when agreed and the costs were again way higher ($580 vs $395) than quoted.

Family run business but the look and feel of a major service chain. Honest friendly folks that aren't pinching you out of money. Excellent costumer service. Highly, highly recommend, especially if you breakdown heading north from Auckland!

They were very prompt and very accommodating when fixing my car's starter motor. I am very happy with the service.

Good car mechanics But the receptionist guy is rude, poor communication skills, lazy and with a very bad attitude.
