I brought my Tiguan in for a major service and some warrantee issues. I was surprised how easy it was for them to deal with my mechanical insurer, it was seamless and all the jobs were completed in three days. I was very pleased with the service and cost and I would recommend Parnell Motors

They were so nice even though we didn’t know anything about cars

They helped us so much and got us back on the roads in like 10-20mins

They also gave us lots of tips and stuff - great service

I went in for my service and WOF the other day and was absolutely shocked to receive a call back asking for $1200 to replace my two front tyres and windshield wipers, once i mentioned my dad and that i’ll be taking my car to another place, the price was lowered down to $600. Absolutely disgusted

Ask the price before you repair anything. I was charged double the price (usually $10 for one indicator light) got charged $20 since early 7: 30am in morning.

I booked appointment for closing time to drop my Mercedes Van.they reject to inspect and told required new engine.also said to pick up as they dont have space.this is really frustrating.dont recommend.

Legends! I've been constantly ripped off by other garages (standard treatment of female car owners here) but these guys have sorted me out without the BS. They also fixed a noise issue that no one else had been able to figure out for THREE YEARS.
Always super easy to bring the car in - no need to make an appointment like other places. Def my regular garage now!

Arrived Friday evening with a problem with my car battery as the lads were shutting up shop for the weekend.
They fitted a new battery and also took the time to check some other parts of the car, like tyre pressure, etc.
There was also a random beeping coming from inside the car and one of the mechanics took a look at it, but it wasn't apparent where the noise was coming from. Rather than giving up, he went the extra mile and checked a few other parts and found the solution.
He really showed passion and determination, all whilst maintaining friendly conversation!
Really genuine guys and very knowledgeable, going out of their way to help me out, would highly recommend! *****: -D
