I was experiencing issues with my 2007 BMW X3, a red tyre pressure light would not come off my dash and when I was taking off at lights or a roundabout, my yellow 4WD drive light would flick on and my car would either momentarily stall and kick off again or would vibrate and bunny hop around a certain speed.

I took my car into Parnell Motors to get them to take a look as I had brought this car off a private buyer a couple months ago. They were amazing and the process was seamless. They were very good at giving me updates and not progressing on the car without my permission. They checked all the repairs that were done to the car with the previous owner to check that these weren't causing the issue - they then checked my wheels and noticed that they looked slightly different either in size and/or tread.

Their recommendation was to get 4 x new tyres put on the car as the front two had been worn differently and the two back were same size tyres but different brand so there was noticeable differences once the wheels were off the car (one was taller). They secured my new tyres at a great rate and were very lenient on payment options. I will definitely be taking my car back with future issues and encourage everyone to consider Parnell Motors as they are a very honest, skilled business. 10/10 Thank you guys!

I had a problem with clearing the brake message on my BMW which wouldn't go away after a brake change. Syd explained to me the issue and fixed the issue same day. I couldn't be more happy with the service and outcome. I definitely will come back with his knowledge of BMW's and excellent customer service.

These guys conmen. They over charge, told my wife's her BMW X3 with 34k was a really bad model and she should sell it. They fitted the wrong tyres on the car causing the 4 wheel driving system damage. Pretended they had to get parts in from overseas when the parts where locally available. I took the car to BMWorkshop, car fixed with with no issue, had to replaced the new tyres as they where causing the fault and fix drive system. All out at least $4-$5k out of pocket. Made a complaint to MTA, the company had changed hands and they wouldn't honour their work. Never take your car to these people. The X3 and is driving like new three years later after being advised to bin the car by Parnell Motors.

Fantastic service today from Syd to sort out my Citroen after a Warrant of Fitness fail. Couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and went out of his way to resolve the problem in a cost-effective way for me. Lovely to find the interior had been dusted and cleaned as well! Recommended.

This was my first visit to Parnell Motors and I am impressed with the professionalism and the work they did.
I usually take my car to the dealer for a service and get charged exorbitant rates, but these guys did the same service (actually better) for half the price!
I will be getting my car service from Parnell Motors from now on!

Gave Parnell Motors my Mini Cooper with what I thought was a timing chain issue,
They investigated and found that it was in fact another problem that they fixed AND ended up saving me money by not doing work that wasn't needed!
Good communication and a bonus car clean.
Recommended.

Took my little Corolla in for a W. O. F and service, couldn't be more impressed with the level of service that beams out of this workshop.

Not only did I get what I asked for but I also noticed my car had been cleaned too: D I'm so lazy when it comes to the basics.so this absolutely made my day.
