I don't even want to give them a 1star rating. DREADFUL. Cheap and nasty experience with a hefty price tag. 6 MONTHS and STILL WAITING for it to be finished! Luscious showroom which DOES NOT reflect the quality of the units. What you see in the showroom is not what you get - it's poorly made, coming apart at joins so not fit for purpose. Chips to board on nearly every shelf and unit, so does not reflect the look or finish. When they turn up or should I say if they turn up it's carelessly installed - cabinetry has been hacked with saw and they've dented brand new fridge, flooring and smashed the gate as they left the property. Installers created more issues than they resolved. It was embarrassing. Communication was shocking, the only time they are attentive is during the design phase when they want 50% on acceptance and the other 50% prior to delivery which removes any leverage.
Find it interesting that Steve Chaney the boss is posting "easy to deal with.helpful" to raise the company rating. It demonstrates the morality of the company.

Beautiful kitchens, very helpful sales staff. Chiara was delightful to deal with. Unfortunately the manufacture and install people are the opposite. They have utterly failed to install circa 40k worth of kitchen. Almost no communication. They blatantly lie. Absolutely no apologies. The management dont even bother to respond. And as a previous reviewer pointed out, they already have your money, so you have no leverage.
Adding to this review: its now been around 6 weeks from when the kitchen was supposed to be installed. We are still waiting. I have had to finish the install of the island myself & considerably add structural panels and bracing to stop it from collapsing under the weight of the granite countertop. They failed to measure things correctly, therefore the waterfall countertop piece is 20mm too short.
Frankly, I'm considering legal action.

Helpful consulting staff and good design. However the manufacture and install process is very bad and terrible customer service (read get your payment up front and then don’t deliver what they say). They have failed to install 50k worth of kitchen and laundry. Installation communication and following up to resolve issues is poor. No ownership by any one to fix and no apologies. The management dont even respond or followup, in fact not sure who management are as no one stepped up to own. Over 6 weeks since install and still lots of faults to remedy - wrong unmatching melteca used on different panels, faulty bench, lights not installed, missing panels, hinges not adjusted, the list goes on! Would not use again, just want to get through it now.

Great range of premade kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Custom made cabinets are made within a few weeks. Great quality.

We love our new Peter Hay kitchen. It looks elegant and is high quality. Thank you Peter Hay. If we had one complaint it would be a fairly minor one. Cleaning instruction labels off the units was a nightmare.
