I can't really accurately rate the Constellation Pet Stock, as I was not able to get inside. So, I just gave a median score for now. It pays to check their hours online, as they definitely stick to them. New to the area & running obviously late after discovering some favourite cat food was critically low. I arrived with 3 minutes to 5 p.m, (their Sat. Closing is 5 p.m.), as some cars were exiting the carpark. I hopped out of my car quickly towards hopefully entering to quickly buy a bag of Royal Canin cat food but.the closed sign was already posted, and although the employee at the register clearly saw me, there was no effort towards an exchange or a last-minute buy. It could have been my late, anxious, mask-free appearance at the door, (it was on my wrist, ready to deploy) - very much hoping for a chance to buy just before 5 p.m. - that put the employee off, or.rules are rules! Will educate myself solidly on their hours, and maybe try Albany next time.

Always friendly and welcoming. Always very prompt with Click and Collect. Lots of advice available!

PETstock Constellation Drive is incredible to deal with! We've used the Veterinary Services and were blown away with how wonderful, helpful and caring the staff are.
Online orders are fulfilled so quickly and it's an absolutely effortless contactless pick up service during lockdown Level 4. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

A lot of pet's items available. Honestly I was surprised specially with the dog's shower station, tidy, nice and sexy.

Excellent pet shop with all your basic needs plus more! There's a grooming section where you can bath your fur baby and they even have a vet on the premises

Ended being in the store much longer than anticipated, but the staff were extremely helpful in educating us with the right products for our pupper!

Sonia or Sonja, one of the stand in vets is absolutely AWFUL! Really mean and nasty lady and awful vet, will never recommend anyone to see her or trust her. Seriously don't know how she even has a license to practice as a vet.

Took my puppy for grooming. My poor puppy came out bald. Whole body was shaved and they left the tail untrimmed. They even gave him a cut on his private place. So unprofessional. So unhappy with it. Strongly won't recommend.

Will be getting our first puppy soon. The staff were extremely helpful getting us started and giving us lots of helpful tips on how to get our puppy settled and trained. Thank you!

The team at Petstock Vets are just amazing. They treat you so lovely and most of all they are excellent at communicating. Procedures, treatments and advice is given so well and not in a demeaning or arrogant tone that some vets I have used in the past used. The focus is on your pet and yourself and how they can help you, being especially mindful of your budget or other needs.
The store has a huge and varied selection of products that cater to all budgets and staff are very knowledgeable in the products stocked and can make very sound suggestions.
I highly recommend this store and the fantastic staff.

Really helpful on site vet. Helped me out with a ton of info regarding our foster kittens and the best methods for getting tablets into them. Even gave me a free sample of some meat to hide the tablets in

Service great only reason I didnt give a 5 is that they seemed to be lacking stock at the time I came in otherwise great staff very helpful

Friendly and helpful staff. My favourite store for a great shop and experience. I go here to purchase straw, hay and bunny things. But I also brought things for my late cockateils and cat.
I love the offer of staff carrying things to car. Especially due to being pregnant at the moment.
