Recently visited for a grooming session, however my poor puppy came back with an uneven cut all around, a patch of fur missing near her chest and worst of all, returned with all short and long cut fur in both her eyes impossible to get out. The tail was left untrimmed and as i was unhappy with the result, asked politely to fix the uneven edges around her face at least, barely made any touches and finished as it is.

Strongly do not recommend, and would never return to ever again.

The staffs around the petstore and stocks are very friendly otherwise and just unfortunate the grooming lets them down.

WOW this was an amazing experience. The store was great with lots of great products but the best part was the lady who served me. She was fantastic, she was super helpful and knowledgeable she went way above and beyond. Please open a Wellington store and send her to work there.

The staff here are amazing and do an amazing job with your pet! They make sure you’ve got everything you need and will help you out whenever possible.

This is my go to spot for my fur baby and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else!

Outstanding service! I popped in on my lunch break to find new food for my cat and the staff were so helpful in picking another out. They also signed me up to the membership program which gave me a discount on my next purchase and a voucher- I'm amazed at how easy that was. Thank you!

Heaps of variety and friendly helpful staff. Would recommend if you own any kind of pet. They will probably have something for you!

Great store. These guys have good range of products including various brands of dog food. If you sign up for a loyalty card you also get nice store credit bonuses that you can use as discount with future purchases. PETstock is the only local place that sell Addiction brand of dog food that we buy as other brands make our dog's eyes run. They also have in-house vets who are better priced than our near by vet clinics.

I love the helpful, friendly staff (Mainly Fran). But lately every time I visit the Albany store they haven't had lorikeet mix, dry food or even chicken food and I was very disappointed

I am a regular customer and I'd like to comment on the grooming service. I take my dog there fortnightly for washing and monthly for grooming. I have a 5 years old Poodle and he needs regular brush. If it is not done correctly, my dog's hair can break, frizz or curl up in a matted mess. I can't do it properly and had a lot of problems in the past at home, and took me a while to find someone who could deal with my dog. I have to say my dog doesn't like grooming at all, and he is one of these difficult dogs who barks and won't stay for more than 2 minutes. Elaine and her team are really professional, polite and super nice to my dog and I had no issues with her in the past 2 years. I've been given tips about how to bath and brush him at home. They check his ears, nails and let me know if there're any problems, they even help me to choose the right flea collar to suit Auckland's weather when I first moved here from Christchurch. I would highly recommend Elaine and her team, reasonable price and very good customer service. I usually drop my dog off and I could have a couple hours free time to do my shopping or my nails, I'll get a phone call from them to remind me to pick up my dog. Well done team, thank you so much for the great service.

Always nice to go there. Staff are so friendly and helpful. It's well stocked, and always have what I need.

I just want to mention that after having tried 4 other service providers you rock! I use your pet grooming services for my miniature German Schnauzer. This is a difficult breed to cut and precision is important to me. Your team rise to the occasion every time. THANK YOU!

I have visited the groomers here twice. Today was the second time and I will never go back. The lady was so rude and was loud and abusive which was humiliating as there were several people there. I have a Spoodle and she swims each day and plays on the beach rolling about. She had some matts where her harness rubs and on her back where her tail sits and wags. The lady treated me in such a way that I felt like a terrible owner. This little Spoodle couldn’t be more loved!

Unless I had her shaved the lady refused to trim or bath/brush her. With winter around the corner I didn’t want her shaved. I made a complaint at the counter and as I was speaking to the manager, the groomer came storming up and tried to interupt. I asked her to go away as I was having a private discussion with the manager. Eventually she left.

The manager was helpful and called the Takapuna store and arranged for me to pop down there. The lady there was so lovely and didn’t see anything other than what you would expect with this type of dog.

I have never been spoken to like this woman spoke to me at the Constellation Drive groomers. It was just horrible! I will never go back and feom what I was told, there have been several complaints about the groomers there. Please do something about them!

Lovely staff, friendly and approachable, although never had to find them they ways where offering to help before we asked. They are knowledgeable and helpful. Lovely clean modern store. Prices are a bit high compared to animates though.

Great vustomer service however there instore stock is not as good as Henderson. If there is somthing specific yiu are after you are best to order it online

The best vet around! We can't thank the PETstock Vet enough for all they did to help save our puppy Pepper after she had eaten part of a towel.

Through the x-rays and the surgery, Tania and the team went so above and beyond to make sure that Pepper was OK.
