This morning, a pipe unexpectedly burst in my shower. My husband was away and I was home alone with water spraying out everywhere, and panicking just calling emergency plumbing services left right and centre. Tom replied the quickest by text, sent someone over super quickly who was very kind, professional, and efficient who sorted it all out within half an hour. I just received an extremely reasonable invoice for the work too (and have been telling everyone at my work who assumed that I would have been paying at least double that for having someone out at such short notice). The whole experience transformed what could have been a very bad day into a surprisingly good one - I can't express how grateful I am to Tom and Mark for their help.

We needed an extra downpipe installed as our roof used to overflow and flood the house in heavy rain. Tom came over within a day of contact to quote, price was reasonable and they got the job done within a few days.
Just as well - then came the major storm events in Jan 2023! Not a drop of water inside the house.

Tom was excellent in his service. It was during the Christmas period and hence was very difficult to find anyone that’s available. Tom spent time listening to the problem for my parents’ house (pipe leak) and decided to help once he understood the problem. When he came, he was able to resolve the problem very quickly and charged very reasonable price. I can’t recommend him more with his professionalism in his job. Pipe Fix Plumbing fully replaced our shower and installed a dishwasher. They were great to deal with, finished within a day and the price was reasonable (around $4K). They also recommended building products to fix a gap in a gib wall left after shower installation and told us what to do.

I called Pipefix for help with a clients issue where we had to remove their hot water cylinder to do a repair to the wall behind, this was going to take a week.
Toms guys installed a temporary hot water cylinder out side and connected it to the property, so the elderly client could continue to live in the unit.
While they were there they were able to repair a leaky toilet in the next room.

I called these guys at 11, explaining I was due to go overseas and the sink had just done itself, leaking pipes, exactly what you want pre-holiday.

The pipe fix charge me 5.5 hours of labor for replacing the old tube with a new vanity (not include gib fixing, plastering and painting work) and $330 for the materials used (some pipes to connect the tap. I bought my own vanity, tap and waste overflow), and $92 for travel, I think it is definitely overcharged. Another leaking pipe I asked them to fix was not fixed, and a flow regulator was not installed for the new pipe.
Regarding your reply, about the handyman, I asked you to if you could arrange a handyman, you told me that someone will contact me in the next few days, but that never happened, I waited for more than a week for your guy to contact me (I was not given his number), finally I have to find my own handyman to do the job.
There’s not any details in the second invoice, just says labour/materials, I asked twice for the details and got none yet, I have to do my own calculations. You charged me $171 for these pipes, I checked the retail price for them, they are much less than that. See photo 2&3.
I paid the first invoice two days before your reply below, it should have arrived in your account before you made the reply, I don’t know why are you doing this and why treating people like this.
