Received huge watercare bill during the C-19 lockdown. Had no sign of any leak. Called Tom who was onsite within an hour. Tom took care to diagnose the problem in order to cause as little damage as possible, then cut through the concrete and replaced the broken fitting. Great service. Highly recommended.

We urgently needed someone first thing on a Sunday morning to look at a leaking pipe which was dripping through the roof and into one of our bedrooms. After researching the net for emergency plumbers, we contacted PipeFix and Tom responded to our call for help immediately. He was at our place within the hour, and we had water and a fixed pipe within the following hour. Tom arrived promptly, identified the problem and fixed it on the spot - he even managed to fix it without damaging our ceiling, which we had initially expected! We really appreciated his promptness and professionalism.
Trustworthy and definitely our go to plumber from now on following our experience.

Tom dropped everything the day before travelling for his wedding! My calafont died and we didn't have any hot water. Tom sourced a new one and replaced it in the pooring rain all within a couple of hours. Helpful and gracious when he had limited time available. Highly recommended.

Tom replaced our leaking water main pipe running from the water meter to ours and 2 of our neighbors' units. He is easy to get hold of, had some good ideas on the best way to hook it all up and was willing to work with us to ensure it was within our budget. We engaged Tom to complete the plumbing and fit out for our bathroom renovation, and to fix a few historic water leaks under the house.
