Pizza Hut

Cheese on 1/4 of the pizza. Burnt sections. Just bad quality over all. I've had good pizza from this place most times, but this is a joke.

1. Hot and fresh pizza
2. Friendly female staff
3. Good value deals (21 for 3 pizza)

Please improve:
1. Understaffing (occasionally causes delays)
2. Coupon not found error on checkout (for free regular classic cheese pizza) which happens often

The manager is very friendly guy. They work hard, and took the time to sort out an issue I had with pizza delivery. They refunded me pizza delivery. It was very good and helpful.

Everything is well with the place, I am not bothered with customer service or the wait list. I am just concerned with management. Such a franchise as Pizza hut, this place gets busy. Why would you leave just one worker. When such high demand is needed. They have to sort this out I feel bad for the employee.

Amazing Toppings, Amazing portion size, amazing topping of sause, just amazing service. I bought 5 extra large pizzas and i can tell u its 100% worth the price. Thank you heaps!

Placed my order at 2: 00pm which arrived stone cold at 4: 01pm without as much as an apology.all of that when i live about 700 meters up the road

The phone order service was really bad, indian men who work here is very rude and hangs off the phone when I was talking.
I would never go to eat pizza from here. I have been here 3 times and all those three times, these people were rude and no manners.

Food was absolutely terrible, spicy chicken wings were dry, fries were also dry, onion rings had no onion inside and were just batter, I had one bite of onion & threw the empty batter away. Even the lava cake tasted burntish, dominos is so much better, this was a waste of money & I felt yuck & still hungry afterwards. Never going back to Pizza Hut again.

Horrendous experience. Firstly, there’s an older gentleman who works at this branch who I believe is the manager. His customer service is terrible. Never greets customers and hardly says a word.

Now for my experience. I came to pick up an online order which should be very quick. Instead I had to wait for 15 minutes behind just 1 customer because only 1 counter was open and the worker could not get the persons order right. And there were heaps of other workers just wandering around in the back who could have attended to me for 30 seconds. Additionally, the worker who took my order pulled down his mask and was touching his nose. He then proceeded to handle the packaged food without sanitizing or washing his hands. AND, he also could not find my pickup order in the warm up area, and I had to tell him where it probably was…. Worst experience I’ve had at Pizza Hut and it’s been consistently bad this year. I suspect it has something to do with incompetent management.

Good experience at this store.staff was friendly.food was hot and good.toppings were nice.enjoyed the pizzas. Not many good places nowdays but certainly i would recommend this place based on my experience from other places

I've been ordering Pizza Hut Mount Eden delivery for 15 years: from my Auckland dorm room, from the couch when I was too hungover to move and, frequently, during the pandemic. Pizza Hut always has coupons, and the staff executes my weird order perfectly: green peppers and extra pineapple.

My favourite Pizza store, my food is always fresh and always arrives on time. The service is always so friendly I’ve ordered food when they’re almost closed and the owner Samuel was so kind to drop it off after hours. Great food and even better service:)

Good Store to order pizzas for office meeting. We ordered from this store. Good service, good pizzas with good toppings. Service was great.recommend them to others.

Liked the topping was value n tasty n the base was crusty outside n fluffy in. Just the way I like it. Customer service was good too.

When I ordered on Tuesday the sauce, toppings and cheese are not properly spread on the pizza base. I am normally satisfied with the service however on Tuesday night was my first worse experience with them. I will still order with them. I'm positive this was just a hiccup.

This rest is owned and operated by the owners. This statement explains the questions why there are not enough toppings and not enough cheese and stuff. Owners basically wants to cut budgets to minimum. You will lose customers and will continue to lose customers. I am not coming back. Sorry buddy…

I ordered a pizza and got the wrong one. When I called the store the person said that the manager will call me back shortly. I didn’t receive any call and nobody answered after that. I went to the store and the manager said that they can’t give a new pizza. He was so rude and not even sorry as i came all the way back.
Never going back again.

First time picking up from this store and the LAST, all 3 pizzas were dry, burnt, hardly any toppings, the toppings looked rushed, did not look appealing at all, couldn't tell whether one of the pizzas were a Super Supreme as all 3 pizzas looked identical, the fries smelt burnt & over done, there was only one person cooking on arrival, pizza hut has literally gone down hill, I certainly dont recommend ordering from this store! So glad I ordered Uber eats with another restaurant which made up the lack of attention to detail & disappointment from this store.
