Pizza Hut

Burnt crust, extremely dry pizza.
Requested by phone to be called when the driver arrives to the property, it never happened.
Additionally, received a message saying the driver was arrived while instead it was still on the road.
Disappointed for the quality of the pizza and not impressed of the service.

Can't believe pizza hut use to be so good now it's just such a disappointment and this branch takes the cut for not only bad pizza but a shocking manager

Quality has been improved after the new manager has taken over.good amount of toppings and good taste.probably the best pizza hut amongst all other pizza huts i have tried in nz.

Ordered pizza on Uber eats, pizza came with little to no toppings, was bland, crust was stale and sauce was yuck. The lava cake is half cooked, pretty much just eating cake batter to be honest. Trash pizza, trash dessert. The only thing that was good was my coke.

I order extra cheese but this is definitely not extra. I would say "missing" cheese. Not recommended. This is the last time I come here.

Was up from tauranga other night, was friday night and they were super busy understandable, was about 20mins wait and pizza was really good and fresh. Basically if you cant leave your house to go get a pizza for under $10 you deserve a cold stale pizza just looking at all the whingers here about uber eats. Recommend this place but order and take out!

Disgusting service at Mt Eden store! I ordered my pizza to arrive at 5pm, the driver couldnt find our place so talked him through the directions, over an hour later and after him hanging up on me and swearing at me numerous times he just took the pizza back to the store and walked out, I called the store to which they continuously said "it has nothing to do with pizza hut as they are a separate delivery service before 5pm" 2 hours later the pizza arrived with no compensation or apology, I had ordered it early as I had a meeting and needed my 4 children sorted, I am absolutely disgusted!

I made an online order today and requested for my order to be delivered at 3.05 pm. The delivery guy did not show up till 3.30.and I did call the store twice and got told excuses about being late. The food arrived cold as well.

I used to absolutely hate pizza hut but my partner convinced me to give this store a try, and I'm beyond happy he did. Not only is the food really good, but the staff are always great! I highly recommend the dominion road branch

I love ordering Pizza Hut for the kids when I don’t have time to cook for them. They love it too! Nice and easy and cheap. Delivery is around 30 mins only too.

Terrible service ordered online paying through internet banking never received confirmation email and getting money reversed back to me has not happened. Very difficult getting assistance for return of funds still waiting.

Terrible service. Booked in a large order early in the evening but the order was really late and staff were not apologetic at all.

Really enjoy this Pizza Hut outlet as it is close to home and has really speedy service. The quality of the pizzas are consistent across stores that I have tried from and our orders are always made on time.

So disappointed cured me of pizza Worst piizza experience last two times especially not even sure if you can call it pizza anymore used to be good we went from grey lynn as it used to be so good

Terrible service from Mt Eden pizza hut, pizzas were burnt, cold, 15 mins late than the quoted approx time for delivery and to make it worse no apology.

How is this place still operating? Absolutely disgusting shop, rude staff, food < slop. My ‘garlic bread’ didn’t even have any garlic butter on it.they literally wrapped up and sold me a plain loaf of bread. It would’ve been funny if I wasn’t hungry.

Insufficient reserved parking for customers, picking up or eating in. There is only 2 marked spaces, that are never free, staff probably using them. All other spaces are marked for other businesses with tow away signage

Good place i like pizza from this place. I ordered pizaa from this place so many times. But yesterday i went there to order pizza there were 2 guys were roaming inside the kitchen without wearing cap. They even go near the guy who was making pizaa. I saw first time that some one hoing in the kitchen who don't work there. They are not staff but i think they were know one of Staff. I visited around 9.30 PM 20th July 2019.
