Pizza Hut Ellerslie

Hash bites were soggy, pizzas barely had any topping and were basically just dough and cheese, 1 pizza was incorrect flavour. 2 stars for jalapeno poppers being the only good thing. We normally go to Newmarket and the difference is night and day

Pizza is thin and dry lol so not go to this pizza hut.super disappointing.taste like it’s been reheated in a microwave and taste like cardboard

Ordered on doordash late at night, they accidentally forgot a couple sides, but called me right away after they realised and offered an extra drink and for them to be sent to me separately. I declined because I was already quite full I didn't realise how generous theyd be with the toppings on the pizzas, but it was a very kind gesture and clearly they care about providing good customer service as well - I very much appreciate it x

At 7: 30 pm Friday 7th the cashier wouldn’t get off his phone and was screaming across the kitchen in conversation, yet to try the food but I always love Pizza Hut

Bad food, Has mentioned without red onions, still put alot of onions and other pizza are cold. Too bad.

Great value but add 5 - 6 minutes to the stated pickup time as they are always running late.

They were a bit late with my delivery due to some sort of mixup and not only did I get my order like 5 minutes after calling them up, they were super nice and gave me complimentary garlic bread and a coke to apologise. Thank you so much.

I’ve had bad service in my life but this tops it. Got there at order time and was told my order was 2 minutes away. Had to go up 2 more times. Each 10 minutes apart. Only to receive the pizzas that had been sitting in the bench the whole time. Ended up with 4 stone cold pizzas, 20 minutes after estimated pickup time to which 2 of the 4 pizzas were wrong

Arrived to collect a pizza and two sides. Was told it will be another 4-5min. Which would have been OK.

Almost 10 min later, I was handed the pizza and one side. I asked about the missing side and was told it will be another 1-2 min or I can take a bottle of drink instead.

Another 10min goes by and I finally have all the food (including an extra garlic bread to apologise?).

So, my pizza sat in the warmer this whole time (20min!), they forgot to add the jalapeños to the pizza (which I paid extra for), they undercooked the onion rings, and to top it off, they gave me two garlic breads which both still had solid butter on the insides.

Throughout this, the manager tried to blame all of this on his "new worker". Which is a lame excuse. He should be supervising and training, instead of sitting on a bucket down the back using his phone.

What a terrible experience.

I contacted the manager of this branch, also the Franchise owner regarding staff not wearing face masks or wearing gloves while preparing food.
Both the manager and the Franchise owner agreed that they would follow Health and Safety practices by ensuring staff would wear masks and gloves in the preparation of food.
However I walked past the shop the other day and staff were not wearing masks or gloves.
So if you are considering buying food from this establishment perhaps think of where the staff hands have been, or where the staff member has been prior to starting a shift. Better still if you want a good dose of food poisoning or COVID, just walk on into this shop and place your order!

Short note, the Franchise owner did ring me back. A rude and arrogant person. This person may think he can talk down to people. But he wasn't going to do this to me!

The shop is very small, which should not be an issue as long as you are happy to wait outside. I made an order in person and was told that it would be a 15 min wait. There was no indication from staff that my order was complete, presumably they wanted me to come in and continually ask them if it was ready. Pizza and sides were good, the customer service could do with some work.

Thanku pizza hut for opening ellerslie agian. Excellent staff, excellent service. Even its busy the staff handles it like a pro and make delicious pizzas even in rush hour. Will see you again

Horrible. Waited 45 minutes to get the wrong pizzas. They were beyond busy so I can understand the wait, but getting the wrong pizzas is terrible. Need more experienced staff or just more hands-on deck. Plus you might want to introduce a system to slow down the orders or add time to online orders cause I saw the order screen and there were easily over 50+ pizzas on order. Wish i asked for my money back in all honesty.

The staff here are ABSOLUTELY GREAT. The main guy here takes it all in his stride. Helping out when I needed a hand with my order. Love the service makes me want to come back just for that.

1st time using this pizza hut. It's really close to where I live, super convenient, however, REALLY DISSAPOINTED. Very sparse on their toppings. I ordered Xtra large and the toppings looked like it should have been for the small size. Will definitely think twice about ordering from there again.

Super helpful and understanding young lady behind the counter, lent me her mobile to do some phone banking to transfer money across as my phone had died after a long tiring trip from out of town. Pizza was DELICIOUS!

Why is Garry or Jerry very disrespectful not placing my order for me and isnt being nice at all now I'm never going to pizza hut again. Mc Donald's is better because it is more fast food it's more faster than you guys.
