Pizza Hut Ellerslie

I haven't had pizza hut in ages but we just moved to ellerslie and decided to try it. Omfg, the pizza was soooo good!

When you pay extra for extra large pizza doesn't mean you put the same amount of chicken for snack size. Hardly any protein when I ordered chicken pizza. Would rather call it cheese and tomato paste pizza with 3 capsicums

Super disappointed in tonights meal, picture of how it was delivered. Pizza Hut you need to get a lot better. This shouldn't even leave the store like this. Just what is your standard? And when I called to advise and complain why blame Head Office, bottom line not my problem, deliver a decent meal and get it right! This has no quality and no customer satisfaction. - Harshin the duty manager of Ellerslie branch advised the pizzas would be remade and re-delivered, over an hour and a half later and the pizzas are still 20m away. Harshin has great trouble understanding English making things harder to remedy and overall the experience is poor at the very best. I would think twice about ordering from this store as they don't respect their customers and have the attitude of take what your given with no service provided.

Pizza hut ellerlie are useless, they couldnt organise a pizza delivery on time if there live depended on it. Order from pizza hut if you are at home getting drunk and you wont notice its late, its cold and looks nothing like the picture on the website

Everytime without fail, they get a pizza wrong, might have to go to another store, very disappointed.

We were greeted at the door, food came out in great time, with immaculate presentation and cooked to perfection. Excellent value for money too, especially during mid-week lunch.

Not a great store.always a dirty floor and the staff invariably make my pizza wrong. I much prefer the mt Wellington store.

I ordered from there and was disappointed at the unethical commerce standards practiced at this branch. I ordered online and customized my order. I went in and paid for this order and after doing so was told that they were out of stock on the base I chose. No big deal I hear you say and I agree, however I wasn't happy that I wasn't given the opportunity to decline the substitution which is my legal right as a consumer. I did call back and the duty manager stated I will give you free pizza (WHICH I DECLINED) and apologized but my concern is that this unethical practice goes on regularly through out Pizza hut /RBNZ. I would be very interested to see if that is the case.
