11/06/23 The older lady with short coloured hair served every other person with a smile, except for us. No greeting or smile - and yelled across the counter to Georgia A to come around and "do this one". Dirty looks continued until she realised I was watching her give my husband dirty looks.

We had our 3 yo and 1 yo with us and she looked at them with disgust too.

The yard needs more PDA. Chasing the one guy with a computer makes for inefficient operation

Absolutely useless. Went to pick up goods that were wrong and staff didn't have a clue because boss had gone home

The delivery of orders really needs improvement. You can phone and agree a day, or put special instructions in the delivery notes section online - all of which will be *completely ignored* and there will be no delivery notification until minutes before the truck arrives on the day and time of *their* choosing.

Five start as it always deliver, always advice on good products, issues resolutions spot on. Staff awesome super friendly and call you when they say they will.

Stopped in to grab some reinforcing mesh thanks for being a handy store drove in loaded up payed then left was super handy

A store with a great atmosphere thanks to their lovely staff. We didn't catch his name, but a big thank you to the friendly, helpful young man who assisted us with buying a line Trimmer last Saturday.

Great staff trying to assist at the Trade warehouse area made me feel welcomed. Richard, who stationed at the Trade counter was super efficient and helpful. Good quality staff and excellent service.

Great bunch of guys who work there, was very easy to get help and find anything i needed. They also cut keys in record time which was great as i was on a time constraint.

Recently completed my backyard with the majority of material being supplied by Placies Mt Wellington. Despite a few hiccups with deliveries and stock issues here and there, trade staff and management were able to come to the party and get the issue resolved.

Worst customer service ever. If they don't know what the product is, they will send anything in its place eg. Ordered 3x200mmx200mm sumps and received a 600 diameter manhole lid. Even management do not return calls. Really disappointing.

Very frasturated today it was too busy due to covide 19.normally service is good but very slow today.

As an older person, I have been ignored by the staff on my last two visits at the checkouts.
The men just talk to each other.
I will try Bunnings next time.

Great place for builders and DIY'ers. Big open trade area. Easy to find what you need and the staff are very helpful.

We collected the aluminium gates we ordered online. The staff were friendly and helpful. However we wanted some hardware to go with the installation of the gates. We were referred to a staff member who doesn't seem to know much about hardware. It was rather disappointing.

We made the mistake of choosing to go with Placemakers for a toy cupboard, essentially a wardrobe which they claim to do well. Have had the worst possible experience, their contractor Cowdroy products made this even better when telling us they couldn't do a lot of the job we had paid the deposit for, then after measuring up for us they cut the cabinet to the wrong size after taking 6 weeks to produce. Further more, the Inspiration Centre Manager responded to this situation without care for delivering a positive customer experience.

The Lunn Ave Placemakers has a lot more Milwaukee gear than other branches, and knowledgeable and helpful staff.
