After spending a lot of money trying to repair flushing toilets, we decided on total replacement. The plumber who worked with me for this stage was fabulous and I’m sorry I’ve forgotten his name.

We called the lovely office person and she was able to arrange a plumber to come fix our non-urgent issue the next day. The plumber arrived the next day on time and was able to fix our issues very quickly. Will definitely use them again in future.

Woke up to find a burst pipe on a Saturday morning. Rang Plumbuilt and someone arrived in a couple of hours and soon had it fixed. Have used them lots of times. Generally pretty good, though sometimes seem a bit expensive.

Two plumbers were sent for one job. Job took a few days to finish due to lack of knowledge from first plumber and installation of the wrong pipe. Invoiced for that incorrect job. Then the pipe leaked. Another plumber sent out to fix the damage done by first plumber. Invoiced again for that poor workmanship. Second plumber ran out of materials and had to return another day. When he returned I was charged for the call out fee again and the job itself. Total of over $1000 for a job that should've costed $300. Disgusting service! Would not recommend to anyone.
