I am SO pleased with this business! I initially felt slightly uneasy calling a plumber in Level 4 lockdown, but had an unavoidable issue with my insinkerator. Plumbuilt were amazing - our plumber was SO professional; he came out straightaway, had excellent communication from start to finish, had clear Covid guidelines to perform the job safely and fixed my insinkerator AND another leak in the garage in record time. I cannot recommend them enough!

We have been really impressed with our Plumbuilt plumber, Gaby. She has been here several times and has had to problem solve some pretty dodgy original plumbing work! Gaby is totally professional, and we highly recommend her. Plumbuilt has coordinated bookings and been very responsive.

I have used Plumbuilt's plumbing and roofing services on numerous occasions over the past few years. Without exception I've received friendly prompt service and excellent quality work. I've been particularly impressed with the plumbers' problem solving and identification (and fixing) of small problems we hadn't picked up on before they become big ones. Great stuff.

Recently we had a shower installed in our ensuite bathroom, and the plumbing company Plumbuilt was referred to us by a relative.
I cannot say enough how pleased we were with Plumbuilt's excellent service, which was both prompt and professional. The completed work was of an extremely high standard, and Dan, the project manager, was first-rate. He was easy to work with and displayed a helpful manner and ability.
We have recently had several trades companies do work for us, and I can say from experience, not all tradesmen are equal.
I would highly recommend Plumbuilt Plumbing Ltd and its employee, Dan.

The plumber is good and friendly, the service is good.

A small problem is:
they worked 6 or 7 hrs for us, but asked to charge us 11hrs' price, the reason they found was: "are you happy with the service? " and "you also don't want us to waste the time until 11hrs, isn't it? "
Following this logic, is that mean, if a company want, it can do a 6 or 7-hour-work in 100000 hrs and charge $7000000 from its customers?

Again, the service is good, the plumber is a good guy,
even the final price is fair,
(after communications they changed their working hours count to a reasonable amount for us)
but the way this company doing business made me feel upset.

I probably recommend you to use this company, at least the plumber can do his work well, and after negotiation you can get things done in a relatively fair price.

To the owner:
I can change it to a 4-star because the plumbing service itself is good.
To be honest, your business and service is in generally good, the hourly price is actually fair.

The problem is the way to communicate things, it does not look like a professional way.
If you think you charged less money than you expected, you can raise up your price per hour, if the new price makes sense, we will definitely accept it.
We don't mind spend more money on a good device, but the reason to charge the money, should be reasonable and convincing.
For instance, if you guys need to spend 1 hr to place an order to buy the parts we need, we of course can count these 1 hour in, we'd love to pay for it.
(Actually the plumber did spent around 30-40 mins to shop something on the first day, and we think it's fair and good, and we'd love to pay for it.)

But we need to let us know these details, of course better eailer.

My partner told me these communication details today, that's why I left a comment here.
I don't mind to spend more money on a good service, but I do need a good experience as a customer.
