Can’t recommend Podium Physio enough. Completely professional, always accommodating & flexible and incredibly skilled at sorting out my back when no one else can!

I attended Podium Physiotherapy with a frozen shoulder last year and now recovery from a broken leg / ankle. Nous and Dannielle have been absolutely wonderful with their care and attention to getting me "back on my feet".
So.if you need a physio, get along to Podium - you'll certainly not be disappointed.

Great physio that get results. Take the time to get to know you. In my case really understands my sporting goals and helps me with advice on how to long term minimise risk of injury giving best chance of achieving.

Have visited the clinic a few times now for different issues. Every time it was a good experience with appointments being punctual with extensive investigation and effective treatment. The team there are really friendly and very knowledgeable, explaining not only the problem itself but the potential causes and they were able to give me a rehab program that has worked.

I have sought treatment and advice from Nous for a number of years now and always appreciate his ability to provide not only great treatment but a long term plan designed to avoid any recurrence of the same injury.
