Podium Physiotherapy

I've been seeing Anousith at Podium Physio for a number of years regarding various injuries. Always very quick to identify the problem, provide hands-on physiotherapy, and give helpful follow-up exercises. Highly recommended.

I love the way Nous explains everything so I can understand what's happening to cause pain and also how the treatment and rehabilitation exercises can help. Had acupuncture today with electrodes, then had cupping for the first time. Shoulder feels good, bit heavy but was expected. Excellent service was very clear on what he was doing

Great physio! Have jumped around a few different physios as the service and knowledge base of the physio hasn't been great. Noose is hugely experienced, really knows his stuff and finally fixed a long term injury that no one else could figure out. Highly recommended!
