I don't often give these out because i don't often find trades people that impress me as much as this company did.the service from start to finish was exceptional, they certainly live up to the company name! They went over and well above the call of duty - its rare and it was so welcomed! Thankyou so much guys your amazing, highly recommend!

Pleasant and prompt. Came on the day I called. Efficiently identified the issue, explained it clearly and helped with next steps. Very considerate, taking special care to not wake a sleeping baby. Will use again.

These guys have been absolutely amazing with their service. On time, great service, very reasonable charges and what really impressed me was their clear and prompt communication. Highly recommend them for anyone wanting any plumbing work done.

Amazing! Had an after hours leak, Peter was at my property within 40 mins, sealed it all off, has come back and replaced the whole unit. Super easy to deal with and despite plumbing bills being expensive in general, this team were upfront, honest and I couldn’t have asked for a better plumbing service

Spoke to owner Steve, he said able to help on the day in the afternoon, kept in touch so was able to do the job earlier. Within half an hour of calling. The two gentlemen that attended, were friendly, helpful and very quick within half hour, offered advice on the cause and the damged pipe. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing emergency repairs.

As well as advising how to stop smells from unused toilet and shower by putting water down them every month to keep the S traps fill. Also removed black specs from main water supply to kitchen hat tap and suggested how to reduce it in future.

Have used Polite Plumbers on multiple big and small projects that require plumbing work and they are amazing to work with. Within 1 hour a phone call they are on site to carry out the required works. All work is done to a high standard and they clean up after themselves!

AMAZING service! Steve came after the floods to try to find where the water had come in from. He came for free. He called it community service. Not only that, he gave me some ideas to sort the issue but suggested I get quotes from other people as well as himself. Thank you so much.

Outdoor tap burst and leaking badly. Polite Plumbers came promptly and replaced the tap. They were friendly and efficient.

We’ve used these guys for three different jobs in the last six months, and have found them fantastic - prompt responses and helpful communication, they’ve shown up when they said they would and sorted our issues with minimal fuss. And prices have been really reasonable. It’s not often that I find tradies who are this consistently solid, definitely our go-to plumbers now and would recommend!

Came promptly, installed our new laundry taps, and then found a replacement for our obsolete filtered water tap in his van and replaced that too. Pleasant person to deal with. Will use him as our plumber from now on.

Polite plumbers turned up as they said they would. Provided advice on detecting the leak which was underground, arranged for the leak detection specialist to come around to find the leak with specialist equipment and came back to fix it.
They were very professional and efficient and did not beat round the bush.

Great crew, fitted a new wall hung toilet like pros. Would definitely get them back on my next job.

These guys even couldn’t know about their job. I called them about blockage of toilet they came for two days but couldn’t find the reason and charged me extra and said they have done extra work but couldn’t fix anything.they told me I have to change full 80mm pipe to 100m which can cost me thousands but I went to mitre 10 the guy suggested me for breath bulb which solved the issue just in $60.

These guys couldn’t even know what they are doing.

Exceptional service - needed a small job done and they completed it same day. Quick, professional and happy with the service provided. Will definitely be using them again and nice that they are local. Highly recommend!
