I complaint about one issue and the owner steve came to meet me. I thought he came to resolve the issue but he actually came to fight with me. He did not let me speak, was aggressive in behaviour, he would have broken the things his team fixed or fight with me if I would have answered him back. He threatened me verbally and through email. I felt very unsafe. I was one step away to call the police. I politely asked him to leave my premises because did not want to end up fighting with him and ruin my whole day. Whenever I tried to talk. He said he is very impatient and can not hear a word. It was surprise to see a businessman behave like this. I will never recommend this bully person. If customer did not like their work. He or his team might come and manhandle you. IMPOLITE PLUMBING

I had located a leak under the house and needed it repaired urgently. No problem for these guys who had the pipe replaced and repaired that day. Professional and friendly to deal with and excellent service. Highly recommended - thank you.

We have had to call Steve out twice.
Once for the hot water cylinder leaking and the toilet system slow to refill.
Both times they arrived promptly. They were fast and efficient.
