Had damage repair done on my car here, they did an excellent job and the quality of work was top notch. And to top it up was service and follow up really good.

This is the first time I’ve had the privilege to use Precision AutoWerk.
Right from the initial contact I felt like a VIP customer.

I have been in expensive hotels in Sydney (for work) and had worse service than every single interaction I had with everyone at Precision Autowerk. Not only was the service unbelievably good, my BMW has been returned to me in a much better condition than it was before it was damaged even. Perhaps I would have preferred they didn't include all the photos of my car in bits, showing me how the sausage was made, so to speak. On the other hand, it's completely obvious from them the care they have taken even when I wasn't there. When I picked up my car tonight the person that handed me the keys said he hopes I don't have to visit them again soon. But really, I have the confidence that Precision Autowerk will do a great job and I have nothing to worry about if I have to make another trip. 5 internet stars from me

After previously having work done I thought i would go back as they had done such a great job but upon presenting my car today for a quote I was totally shocked at the rude and what appeared to be a totally in uninterested attitude at reception a totally disappointing experience and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

A disappointing waste of my time. After following my insurance instructions these guys don't work on nissans. Shame really as I was looking forward to having my car fixed. But we don't work on that brand.

Fixed my tesla to a high standard. Communication is excellent here. Always answer their phone and are always happy to answer my 4 million questions.

I have used Precision twice and each time they have done an outstanding job of repairing damage on my car. They provide premium service from the moment you bring the car is for assessment to the moment you pick it up. The repairs themselves are of outstanding quality and make your vehicle look like new. There is no one better in Auckland.

I was given a date when I booked my car in. That's after waiting months for the part. 2 days before the finish date I called and was given a time roughly. The day before I was notified that it wouldn't be ready until the following week. That's after my husband and I had booked time off work! I was given a car for those last days as I was then car less. I was happy to get car back but disappointed with the valet. The mag wheels are really dirty. Also some of the interior. Disappointing.

Had such a smooth experience dealing with Precision team. They made it super easy to book the vehicle and pick it up on the committed time. Vehicle was groomed inside out.

Parts were delayed for quite a bit but it was out of their control due to manufacturer being too slow to ship the parts. It would be great if Precision can regularly update customers on the delays so that customers can be reassured that repairs will take place eventually and manufacturers are being chased for parts.

There is a reason you choose these guys to look after your pride and joy. Attentive to every request (no matter how small or seemingly unimportant), friendly and most importantly they know premium Euro cars inside out. Glad I sent my car there to be made new again, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to you all. Thanks Paul, Sean and Mia!

Precision Autowerk has always gone the extra mile for me and my cars. After picking one of my cars from having the door replaced, it wasn’t until I got home that I noticed the guys had taken the liberty of also pulling out a small car park dent on the rear quarter, even though it wasn’t part of the damage they were fixing in the original job. There was no extra charge for this and I thought this was a really nice touch and a great example of how awesome Precision are to work with.

Booked in for a week, got a call back the next day saying it was done and was going through grooming. Came out like new! Friendly team, easy process, superb work - Definitely my go-to for panel and paint going forward.

Very happy with Precision Autowerk in terms of service, communication, and quality of work. Have used them a few times to fix various dings and scratches over the years. Well worth travelling halfway across Auckland each time!

Very happy with the service. The communication was good, my repair was done immediately after level 4 - they managed it all well and in time.

There was one thing left over after I picked up my car, hard to spot and only apparent at motorway speeds. They dealt with it quickly and professionally, so credit to them for how well the managed the minor error, and for me it raised the experience.

Excellent so far however Car still to be dealt with, but, the Insurance Company needs to checkout their Customer Service process. Name may follow!

Did great repair job on my Mercedes x250. Great service and great quality finish. Delighted with outcome.

Repaired my bumper. They communicated well about timings and reminded me in advance of when I had to drop in the vehicle. I particularly was delighted by how clean the car was after they had finished. Will go back here

Communication and quality has really gone downhill in the last year in my experience. This is really unfortunate as I always found Precision excellent to deal with until the last two repairs I’ve had done, where parts have been missed or left off the vehicle altogether. Not ideal guys! Would love to see you step it back up to where you were at before
