Brought my car in when it required some significant panel beating work. Incredibly professional and polite service throughout the entire process, and when I picked up my car (without delay) it had been cleaned inside and out.

I have been in expensive hotels in Sydney (for work) and had worse service than every single interaction I had with everyone at Precision Autowerk. Not only was the service unbelievably good, my BMW has been returned to me in a much better condition that it was when I dropped it off. Perhaps I would have preferred they didn't include all the photos of my car in bits, showing me how the sausage was made, so to speak. On the other hand, it's completely obvious from them the care they have taken even when I wasn't there. When I picked up my car tonight the person that handed me the keys said he hopes I don't have to visit them again soon. But really, I have the confidence that Precision Autowerk will do a great job and I have nothing to worry about if I have to make another trip. 5 internet stars from me

So here is my story about Precison Autowerk. Although long, it's worth the read. My AMG E63 was almost written off. But the manager at Precision Autowerks who I credit somewhat, had some compassion toward my situation. He really tried helping me. Anyway, so insurance wanted to write my car off but desperate to save my car, I negotiated a pay out. BEFORE negotiating the payout with me, insurance (who were fantastic) advised me to first talk with these guys about repairing privately to see if it was feasible. I then drove to Precison Autowerk and personally spoke to the manager about repairing my pride and joy privately. Ever so helpful and compassionate, the manager agreed to do the repair and AGREED to allow me to buy the parts privately for the repair. The deal was, as long as they were genuine Mercedes parts and bought brand new from a particular dealer on the shore, who they support, they would repair my car, for labour only. I fully agreed to buying the parts from their chosen dealer. He even proceeded to drive me to the chosen dealer and introduced me to the parts manager at the dealership. Precison Autowerk then re-quoted me a new price, with labour only. After this negotiation, and getting the written quote for labour only, I then rang my insurance and agreed to sign off on the payout. I get a phone call a day later from Precison Autowerk, (After settling with insurance) the same manager who had already agreed to the repair tells me the director/s of the company are not going to repair my car and he withdraws his offer. I asked why? Because they not supplying parts, he says, which they make $$$$ on. One of the directors then calls me in for a meeting and proceeds to confirm they won't repair my car. He was arrogant and rude - telling me he has staff to pay etc and they make $$$$ on parts, and his decision was a business decision. No negotiation. I argue the fact his manager agreed, and i have a quote on labour only and why not just say no BEFORE I agreed to be payed out by my insurance. He replied, it's not happening, and proceeds to escort me out and off the premises. I tell him I am placing a bad review on line. He then threatens me with legal action if I place this HONEST review and trys bully tactics. Shame on you Auto Precison Autowerk and shame on the director who thinks his threats make me shudder and fear. You should stand by your managers decision, and honor his word since he represents your company. But all good Mr director, one of your your opposition repaired my car labour only and to QUALITY, Mercedes signed off the great repairs and supported me all the way

Very good service and done an excellent job. There was an issue with the fitting on an interior panel, but was quickly resolved when I popped in. Only negative thing was there was no free courtesy car.
