Quinovic Property Management Parnell

Sam is no longer working here and the franchise is under new management/ownership. I am now self managing my property. Sam of Quinovic has been my property manager for several years now and offers a professional service with outstanding communication and efficiency. Quinovic's monthly financial reporting is of a very high standard and as a landlord, this keeps me fully informed.

This property management company is terrible.

Since we moved in, we have sent emails several times asking the property management company to throw away the useless furniture left by the landlord, but they still ignore it.

When we checked out for cleaning, Tash, the company's property manager, quoted us around NZ $250-300. So we let her go to a cleaning company. When they finished cleaning, she gave us a bill of 1,185 NZ dollars, three or four times over.

What's more, it's rude of her to hire this company to clean the house without our consent. We've emailed Tash multiple times, but she hasn't responded.

We hope that all landlords and tenants will stay away from this property company and away from Tash. We are preparing to seek legal assistance and Sue them.

The listing agent Rob, who takes care of the apartment in 1 Parliament Street, offered terrible service and is very unprofessional. I came to view this apartment on a rainy day by driving half an hour from another suburb. When I phoned him about my five-minutes lateness (the viewing time started at 1: 15 pm, and I arrived at 1: 20pm), he was very rude and refused to wait, and lied that he would be very busy as many customers would come. When I arrived, it turned out I was the only one viewing the place. Later he argued that he lied because he didn't want to wait for customers. I felt sorry for the property owner whoever passed this property to him.

Terrible not helpful talked to Linda trying to rent a house in Warkworth so negative and not helpful at all don't even bother trying is what she particularly said. SAD

From making appointment to take a look the apartment, prepare contract, pre-cleaning the apartment and get the key to move in, all within a week.

The management are also very kind, contacting me from time to time to make sure everything is fine of the apartment and the tenant.

When I move out, they had returned my bond in a week.

Quinovic Property Management looked after the property that we were renting. This was for a period of 24 months until we vacated the property. They were extremely professional, stayed in contact if they needed anything from us from access to the property for maintenance to house inspections. If we had any issues they were easy to get ahold of and always responded promptly. This was the 2nd experience we have had with a property management company and this was by far the easiest. Sam McCarroll was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend him and the team for anyone who wants their property managed or a tenant looking for somewhere to rent.

It was our first property, and we wanted to be sensible and get tenants in for the first couple of years to help us with our mortgage payments. Our property manager, Sam McCarroll, absolutely changed our view of property management for the better. He chose amazing tenants, was very knowledgeable, and always happy to help us out; nothing was too much trouble. We were always informed at the earliest time possible, we were always completely informed to make decisions and any issues were sorted promptly. Also, the charges were very reasonable, and by the end of it, the whole experience was worth every cent. We are now living in the property, but we cannot wait to purchase another one so we can get the lovely team at Quinovic to help us have another enjoyable experience being landlords. Sam and his team from Quinovic Parnell have been looking after a property in Auckland for me for over three years. They have proven to be highly professional with no problem too difficult to handle in an efficient
and prompt manner. They have a 'can do' attitude to all problems. I have recently asked them to take over the management of an additional property and once again they have handled all the requirements of the new tenancy laws, obtaining quotes for work to be done and having the contacts to ensure there are no delays. New tenants are already waiting to move in with a minimum delay.
