Had a great discussion with the owner here. Their approachbto property management works well forva great tenant and landlord outcome. Rentals are paid to landlords weekly which is great for their cashflow. They seem to be prepared for the changes to the tenancy laws and provide good advice in this area. Would definately recommend.
Really great experience working with the team at QP Parnell. Very professional approach to property management, got just above market rate and great tenants in for me. 4 Stars as I think it's great to keep working at it, although easily 5 stars.
The Team at Quinovic Parnell are easy to deal with and very professional. There after hours service for tenants and landlords is second to none. Highly recommend using as a property manager.
