Made contact with Scott Bartlett regarding a property for sale, was told he would set up a viewing. He hasn't returned any calls or messages it's now been 2 weeks. How bloody hard is it. Really disgusting and unprofessional

I rented a property from RW for 2 years where Serena was my property manager. I had such a great experience with Serena. She was easy to communicate with, attentive and prompt if and when issues arose. It made for such a great relationship, and experience. She was thorough with her maintenance inspections and always respectful and courteous. She is an absolute asset the the RW group.

I’ve been in a tenancy agreement through Ray White GL for almost a year and a half now. I feel Ray White is professional and goes the extra mile for tenants. Fair and empathetic. I am speaking in particular of Lydia Colmar at the Grey Lynn branch. She has been graceful, professional and kind during a very difficult time where the owners of the beautiful house we rent sadly had to sell. It has been hard for us and Lydia gave us fair feedback of our obligations and at the same time listened and showed compassion and empathy for us ensuring this process is managed well. I wanted to thank Lydia and have done so but also wanted to publicly appreciate her. There are not many rental agents who engage with her sort of heart. Still she is understanding towards both owner and tenant. Carefully solving problems without creating animosity. She has great interpersonal skills and is an asset to your establishment. Troy Restieaux was very professional in helping me sell my Auckland house. I was not in Auckland except for a quick visit, but he managed communication well and was respectful and friendly to my parents who were living at the property. He kept me in the loop with everything and answered questions clearly. I'm thrilled with the auction result as well, and know it is largely due to his hard work.

After having our house rental managed through Ray White, we knew we would also use their services to sell our home. We are so happy that we had the experience of Mike and enthusiasm of Scott to help us in the sale of our home from overseas. They were our ears and eyes on the ground and we truly felt that we were in safe hands. Nothing was too tricky for them and despite the time differences, communication was always prompt. The skilled agents, professional systems and back up from the franchisee make this the number 1 Real Estate business in the greater Ponsonby area. We have sold and bought through this business and we can only but praise them. Their Auction rooms ar Ponsonby Central are fabulous and handily located for a quick bite to eat before or after an AUCTION. Competitive rates and a great Auction system and venue add to the mix.

Troy and William are excellent to deal with. Have sold Mums house with their assistance and my partner has sold with them in last few weeks. Troy worked so hard, kept us informed. Multiple deals bit kept going to ensure they were lined up to the very end. Highly recommended.

Greg was exceptional to deal with throughout our entire process. He went out of his way to assist us and was always available to answer our questions.

When I told a cold-calling agent from this office that it wasn’t a good time to talk, he told me to “fxck off”. It wasn’t a good time to call, because my mother was dying in an overseas hospital and I couldn’t be there. It took 3 attempts to get any response or apology from the management of this branch, even though they knew of this fact. That’s a level of nastiness that I don’t think anyone would want to have anything to do with.

Do not rent from this team. The most HORRIBLE rental experience we have ever had. Dealt with Ruby first who lied to us to get us to rent a property. After she abruptly left the agent we dealt with had zero communication skills, and refused to update us on important issues. Got out of there as fast as we could, not without a whole lot of stress and anxiety. Formal complaint made

I was finally moving out on my own and the first to do so in my family into what I thought would be my dream home. I was very wrong! Dealt with Ruby O’Donnell at first - before even moving into my place I find out they’ve moved the wrong person into my house and if I’d consider taking the neighbouring unit which was similar! After I refused, I was thrown in my face that I had signed the agreement already in which I pointed out that on that agreement I signed, it was for the RIGHT address, not the neighbouring unit! The place was not CLEAN upon moving in but I cleaned it anyway (I failed to report that because I didn’t wanna come off as ungrateful) Straight away I noticed the flooring was bad (bumps) and then it rained and gutters weren’t done properly so would often flood the back deck! Both of these I reported in the first week or 2! Fast forward 4 months (nothing done about flooring and gutters btw) i am issued another property manager because Ruby is moving on in the business! This brings in Serena Fonua! I submitted to Ruby that I wished to break my Fixed term tenancy early because I didn’t want to get to a point where I could not afford rent (paid up until 15/9/19 which was about 2/3 weeks out) which was plenty of notice! It was approved and paid the fee that was given to me. I moved out 13/9/19 at 9pm (spent all day moving and cleaning) Serena texts that cleaning wasn’t done at the house and that due to dust and crumbs, there would be a deduction in my bond! I asked that the FLOORS and GUTTERS should be taken into account in the final BOND REFUND AMOUNT as they were hazardous to me during the entire tenancy in which she responded, she was only interested in the dust and crumbs (benchtop from the move day as I had dinner there in a rush - I take accountability for that) I replied NICE LOOKING OUT FOR YOUR TENANTS and she replied “You’ve only been my tenant for 2 weeks and I helped break your lease so your welcome. ” in which I replied “Yeah but you act on behalf of Ray White so it's not my fault Ruby is not around”! PETTY AS RESPONSE seeing as I HAVE NO SAY in who is my PROPERTY MANAGER! Your workers need to remember the brand they represent when dealing with customers! I NEVER want to deal with Ray White EVER again after this miserable experience (0 stars)

We invited Scott and Chloe to firstly appraise our house and from that initial encounter we immediately recognised their personal and professional approach to us so we made the decision to engage them to market our house for selling.
Nothing was too much trouble, they swiftly organised photos and an advertising plan to suit. Launching or 'Going Live' as they call it was a breeze, they made it all happen so effortlessly. They were in constant contact after personal viewings and Open Homes providing feedback, passing onto us all relevant information.
