I live in a house next to a house that Ray White manages. This house is poorly managed as they tend to rent it out to groups of young 20 something party people that don't work and party heavily. Ray White personally promised me in writing that this tenancy would end on a certain date, this was a lie and they decided to keep the partying youths on. Ray White are very focused on money, they don't care about people and cause considerable public nuisance in the Ponsonby area, it is a well known and discussed issue in the community. I urge anyone considering property management to use another company if you care about who is in your property and your relationship with surrounding neighbours.
