I would like to commend Daniel Langley on his professionalism, customer service, advice and excellent judgement (gut feel) when selecting tenants for me on three occasions now across different areas in Auckland. They have all been or are fabulous tenants. Fortunately the tenants seem very settled at the moment, however he should know he's on my speed dial! We recently engaged Daniel Langley from Raywhite Ellererslie to rent our new property at Parbhubhai Makan Lane Glen Innes. Through Classic Builders we have been provided with Raywhites portfolio for the market rentals in the growing suburb. We found Daniel to be professional honest in his approach. We meet on site and disgusted our requirements. The process for advertising to finding the new tenant and the tenant moving in has gone smoothly. We also achieved the market rent for the property.

We have been using Ray White's services for many years. Over all these years there were different property managers managing our property. By far we are impressed by Ms Joanne Jones, the current property manager's services. She is professional with excellent communication skills. We always have prompt replies from her to any questions regarding the maintenance. She is resourceful and willing to go further to find out a better solution for any problems. We are very happy with the service and do not hesitate to recommend the company to our friends.

I want to thanks the entire Ray White company for making the buying experience the worst of our lifes, from West to South the agents were unreliable at all.

First in Kelson, a property full of hidden things that can't be sold, we spend 2 weeks and money for nothing, the agent never told things straight, the problem wasn;t the house, the problem is no one is honest here just to have the try of making a sale.

Another one in Ellerslie, we wanted to buy it and no response from Matt the agent, you can call, send emails, burn his house. Matt is not there! Maybe abducted by OVNIS?

Hopefully Matt is ok.
