A Superb Experience

From the moment Neil learned we were considering a move he was immediately proactive. Not only did he sell my home within the appraisal range and under the hammer at auction, he also helped us with our purchase even though he was not involved in that part of the transaction. He read the changing market very well and always believed in where he felt the property should sit value wise. He helped take away our stress, liaised with the other agents we were buying from, and organised everything he could for us so we did not have to spend time sorting out a lawyer, valuer, etc. We were kept well informed throughout the process and his previous banking experience proved invaulable. Neil was able to confidently and competently discuss any matters that arose with the buyers to help them also navigate the auction process. For a rental they a nightmare of company just like the apartment at
10 Uxbridge Rd we unfortunately rented and now leaving after 2 months due to unsafe and health risk issues internal and external water leaks,
parking and tenants safety entry.
The owner 'Huang' needs to learn more in regards to the rental market for future tenants.
The Landlord's is a very deceitful man from what he has told me discreetly and in private at the beginning of tenancy. He has no intention of doing any repairs that's why he has a decrapatate d building now.
Also I think he hasn't heard the last from me

Although Ray White was acting for the vendor in this case, I found Ravi to be unfailingly polite and helpful. Ravi was certainly persistent and represented his client’s interests well, but was also responsive to my questions and requirements.
