Unfortunately Jared Hards proved to not be a man of his word.or letters.
He hand wrote amendments to my mothers contract stating that advertising costs were to be paid back on sale completion.he would not honour his word. He tried to pass it onto office staff to deflect away from him.it was his written contract so he should have honoured it. He even wrote it with another agents knowledge.
I personally knew Jareds mother when she was alive o was stunned to receive this treatment onto my mother.
I shudder to think how he treats strangers. Have they perhaps been too scared to voice their opinion and been apathetic by not voicing their disgruntlement.it took intervention from Ray White principle for this legal contract to be honoured.
This placed considerable stress and anxiety onto my elderly vulnerable mother.
No apology has ever been offered.
There are definitely other agents out there who trade with better ethics. Be careful who you choose to list with

My elderly mother had a terrible experience with Jared Hards. Jared was not honest and did not want to honour the written contract that was mutually agreed. In that contract Jared had written, in his own handwriting, that all advertising costs were to be refunded upon sale of the property. We tried for 6 weeks to get this refund to no avail. Jared stated "my mum had received a great deal and that the agency could not give this refund". This was illegal and in breach of the contract. The agency owner was contacted who facilitated this refund.
Beware of Jared - he is not honest and he tried to take advantage of an elderly woman.
This was a large sum of money Jared tried to steal from my mother - in excess of $4,500
Jared also tried not to pay the costs for the "Spring Clean Package" Ray White were offering. We had to argue for that money to be paid also.

After hunting for so long with multiple different agents and agencies we finally found a home.
